My brother got this wand for me for Christmas several years ago, and it was a great find! A little difficult to program at first, but after a bit of practice, the moves became more muscle memory, and it was really easy to use. I had mastered all 13 wand moves so I was able to use it in place of both my tv and DVD player remotes (which came really in handy when I lost my tv remote shortly after that). Plus, it was so much fun to show off to my friends and let them try it out! Everybody really enjoyed it.Unfortunately it was lost in one of my moves over the years. Now that I'm settled again, I remembered how much I enjoyed it and decided to order a new one. So last month I found it here on Amazon for $59 and it was a no-brainer: one click later it's on its way and I cannot wait to feel magical again!Except it wasn't on its way... Three weeks after ordering, after the delivery date was pushed back twice, I checked my email to discover that my order has been cancelled by the company, and no explanation was given as to why. I thought they must just be out of stock and I was bummed out, but I made a mental note to check back and order when they were available again.Well, they're still not available, but the price has gone up to $97, and it doesn't look like the wand has been updated or upgraded at all, but I guess I don't have to wonder why they cancelled my order anymore...So I might go check out the other company that sells a wand like this, because if The Wand Company is going to all that trouble just to squeeze an extra $38 out of me, I don't think that's a company I'd like to give my business anymore.
