The purpose of writing this review is to express how great the customer service is of Super Sparrow. I had managed to loose in the dish washer a small platic bit that stops the bottle from leaking. Instead of charging me for that small bit they sent me a replacement with no questions asked. This is great.
Overall their bottles are very good. The only reason I don't give them a full 5 star is that I find the locking mechanism gets a bit in the way of when I'm drinking.
