I’ve used this case for over 6 months and I’m obsessed. I’m no longer worried about dropping my phone on the ground or even in a puddle of water. It sat at the bottom of the harbor from 11:00pm to 9:30am before it was bright enough for me to see the bottom. When I dove down to recover my phone there was a very small about of water inside the case, and my phone worked fine. I would like to add that I used my phone regularly in the water that whole week with no problems. The only reason that my phone sunk on the last day was because I took off the safety float strap. I'm currently using this waterproof case during our Caribbean vacation and I'm absolutely pleased! The case is slim, light and so far completely waterproof! I've used it while swimming in Labadee, survived torrential rain in San Juan as well as a few drops. The screen is fully functional as well as the finger ID button. If you want to use the camera underwater you simply use the volume button. The pictures come out very clear! I bought the same case for my hubby and he's very impressed as well! Can't beat the price, too!

I loved this case initially. It seemed a great value for the price as it held up in my tissue test for waterproofness, and the sound quality coming out was surprisingly good for it being fully contained.
I was immediately concerned however when I saw that the cover for the silencing switch was a screw/turn style one. Not only was it difficult to use, but my fears were confirmed when it fell out within two months - it's very tiny and i'm lucky I didn't loose it, however it came out in my pocket. I have tried and tried to get it back in, and am unable to. Therefore, the phone case is no longer waterproof which means it is largely useless to me as I work outside, and am big into outdoor recreation such as kayaking.
Other more minor complaints is that it has poor sound quality when I am recording a video or talking on the phone as friend and family tell me the case is noisy on the receiving end. And the kickstand leg part doesn't stick well enough to the back so it sometimes just falls off when I'm using it.
It started off pretty good, I'm not happy with how it is ending up only a few months later however.

I suppose the water pressure around it is what causes the issue, but whatever it is, it basically renders the phone useless. I couldn’t even get it to take pictures using the volume buttons.

This worked perfectly for taking our phone on our trip to Mexico. We weren't actually swimming with it, but we dunked it in the water a few times to capture some fish and felt perfectly safe with it by the poolside after it was wet a few times. We did the test it recommended beforehand by submerging it in a bucket of water with something heavy to weigh it down for 30 minutes and it was perfectly dry inside. Very good product in our opinion!
