Wet hair. Apply a generous amount and work into hair and scalp. Lathering will NOT occur. Leave in hair for 3-5 minutes. Thoroughly rinse hair, towel-dry and style as desired. Stopped coloring my hair several years ago and white/grey/silver hair can be coarse, brittle and wiry. It's also beautiful but you have to take good care of it to make it stay beautiful. The Enjoy is a cleanser and conditioner in one. I've found for me, the best way to use it is to distribute it in my hair massaging my scalp and making sure it's reached the ends and then rinse it out and repeat. The 2nd time I apply it and distribute it through my hair, I leave it on and then finish taking my shower before rinsing it out. It leaves your hair clean and very nicely conditioned. I'm 67 and still have oily hair so I do alternate this with an oil control shampoo. I can go definitely 2 and 3 days without washing my hair and having it look great. I've already bought extra bottles to have on hand because I like it that much and I think to buy the combo bottle is not outrageously expensive and I'm happy with my hair.

I actually mix mine with castor oil in my hand in the shower and my hair is recovering nicely from a catastrophic bleach job at a Salon that was really high priced! I have been using Enjoy Luxury shampoo and conditioner for many years and I usually get them from Amazon. It has been a great experience except for the last order. Something was off. The bottle color and design wasn't right, the smell was not right, and not as good as previous bottles. I am going to assume it is not real Enjoy. I am going to return it and try again from different seller.
Btw, I have fine color treated hair, that naturally frizzes. Enjoy has made a huge difference for me.

I have thin, thinning hair and have found a good cleansing conditioner is the best way for me to mitigate hair loss. No matter how I use this or how well I rinse my hair is goopy, oily and sticky. I almost think the distributer sent me coconut oil. I am writing this because I found a salon that sells Enjoy and the conditioning cleanser they sell in the same bottle has a very different consistency and a milder sent.

Got this as a wen alternative because wen is a bit pricey. Not only is it hard to squeeze out of the bottle, my hair didn't feel clean after rinsing. Well probably because it wasn't. After my hair dried, it was greasy. I still gave it the benefit of the doubt and thought maybe I just didn't rinse well enough but that wasn't the case. So, I'm pretty disappointed but what works for some doesn't work for all.
