    Great Soundbar !
    5 Stars
    Great Soundbar !
SoundCore Infini Soundbar is a great looking soundbar that produces clear and crisp 100 W sound with perfect non overwhelming bass through its built-in mini sub-woofers. Soundbar comes in a secure and sturdy box with enough cushioning to prevent it from any accidental damage. The Soundbar speakers are covered with a black metal grill all around giving the product a nice seamless look.In the box, you will also get a power cord, remote control with batteries, 3.5 mm to RCA audio cable, digital optical cable, wall mounting bolts and brackets, wall mounting template and user manual. The soundbar also has ports for digital coax and aux connection. Soundcore has made sure that you are able to use this product out of the box by providing all possible ways to connect devices including the connecting to the wall using the mounts. :-)The soundbar is very easy to set up and is pretty much plug n play. The optical cable provides an excellent quality connection with the TV compared to Bluetooth connection which Iuse primarily to connect my phone. The soundbar has an excellent immersive sound. The surround effect created by the Soundbar is also great and produces very clear dialogues. Sound and effects reproduction is very crisp. Infini Soundbar also comes with a remote for ease of use, volume control, mode changes, etc. It has music, movie and dialogue mode (enhanced mid-range for clear dialogues) and the soundbar output adjusts automatically based on the selected mode. Similar to other Soundocre products, this soundbar has BassUp technology for a deeper intensified bass which is not chest thumping but will blow the popcorns away.Overall, this is an impressive Soundbar and every music node or sound coming out of the TV is much better. It definitely adds a punch to the movies, sports and music.Solid product by Soundcore and Anker.

I waited to write this review since I had to replace the original soundbar that I purchased due to a problem that came up when installing. It's not often that you get to praise a company for outstanding customer service but that is certainly the case with Anker. The original soundbar arrived quickly in a well packaged shipping box with no apparent damage to the product. Set up was a breeze and once I had audio I was very happy with the actual sound quality.

I am using it with a Samsung UN65RU7100FXZA Flat 65'' 4K UHD 7 Series Smart TV (2019) also purchased on Amazon. I first connected it with both the supplied optical audio cable directly to the TV output, and then via Bluetooth. The first issue was noted when I was unable to get the optical input to work on the soundbar, even after trying multiple setting manipulations on both the TV and the soundbar. I then switched to the Bluetooth input and finally had audio coming from the soundbar. The Bluetooth connection and pairing were very smooth and easy. Unfortunately, this is were I started to notice another issue. The audio began to delay from the video (remember the old karate movies where the overdubbing English audio didn't match the mouth movements in the video?). This delay increased over time and became roughly a 1 second delay. Switching channels would shorten the delay but again it would increase over time. I tried to reset the TV, the soundbar, re-pair the Bluetooth, etc. and always had the same issue. Finally, I decided to contact Anker to see if they could help.

I called the customer service number provided and made contact with Britney from Anker. She was extremely professional and didn't hesitate to provide a solution once I explained my issues. She said it "sounds like there is something definitely wrong with the speaker I received and that she would send out a replacement immediately."
She started a service ticket and said that she needed the serial # of my original soundbar. I had to wait until I got home later that day to retrieve the serial # but Britney provided an email address for me to send it to her. The email correspondence was prompt and professional and the replacement soundbar arrived within the 3-5 business days that she said it would.

I connected this soundbar in the exact same manner as previously described and tested both the optical audio input and the Bluetooth input. Both worked perfectly!

I am very happy with the quality of this soundbar, the ease of installation, and most of all the outstanding customer service that Anker has for their products. I just wish that other companies would be as accommodating as Anker.

For the price I paid, I am happy with my purchase. I have it hooked up to my bedroom TV, and the sound quality is a significant step up over the TV's speakers. If all you're looking for is better sound than what your TV speakers can provide, this is a great entry-level product with a very low price of entry. For the price I paid, I really have no complaints, and I think it's a good value. With that said, here are some things to watch out for.

First, I'm going to pick on something because it's specifically advertised by Anker: "Room shaking bass". I have a home theater system in my living room with a subwoofer that costs about 5 times the cost of the Soundcore Infini. If I turn the volume up high enough on a movie, the pictures fall off the walls. This is the very definition of room-shaking bass. What the Anker puts out is nowhere near that level. It's better bass than what you will get from your TV speakers, but if you're expecting impressive bass, move along (and upmarket to a higher price point).

Next, the remote. It's fine. But to my knowledge, you can't control the soundbar with any other remote than the one that comes with it. This leads me to believe that it's probably connecting to the remote via Bluetooth as a cost-savings measure. After all, it already has Bluetooth built in, but an IR receiver would cost extra. I have a Harmony Hub-based remote in my bedroom, and it would be really nice if I could use that to control the soundbar. As it stands, I now have to use 2 remotes instead of 1.

And finally, the EQ. This has already been touched on quite a bit, but the "Movie" EQ preset makes it difficult to understand male voices, because it amps up the bass too much in the range of male voices. So it's not a particularly effective preset. "Dialogue" is good for news programs, and that's about it. This leaves the "Music" preset. I usually just keep the speaker set on Music. It's a good overall preset that works for just about everything. But it would be nice to have other EQ presets that were a bit more useful.

So there you have it. For the price, this is a good product, and I'm happy with it. But in this price range, you're going to be making sacrifices. To me, the most annoying sacrifice is that other remotes don't work with the soundbar. But as long as you know what you're getting, and you're OK with the sacrifices, it's a good product for the price.

    ------------
I have been on the fence about purchasing this sound bar for some time. It is now finally available in Canada and I decided, since I love Soundcore speakers, that this would be a sure hit. What I needed was a soundbar that has "deep bass" as advertised with this speaker.

I got it today, connected it and fired it up. The first thing I noticed is the lack of bass. Knowing ther wasn't a subwoofer, I didn't expect ground shaking bass at all. However saying "deep bass" in the product description, I did have an expectation that there would indeed be a decent level of lower frequency sound coming out.

Update: Anker did reach out to me to support my issue and I have to say that this company stands behind their product. You can depend on them if things are not to your satisfaction unlike other retailers that don't even acknowledge customers when they are not completely happy.

Knowing this I am always happy to purchase their products and will continue to do so. Just wish they had more products available in Canada.

I have actually wasted $160+ for literally nothing. I got this product as a gift for my good friend and turned out to be the product something burnt inside as soon as he plugged it in. He described it as a cheap product that I got for him. I always trust amazons products and as a prime member for the last 4 years I have purchased a lot of products and this is the first time I had such a bad experience. I don’t know if I’m going to have a refund or a compensation but totally disappointed. It’s not I do shopping with amazon but my whole family does. I can’t even return the product as he opened the soundbar to see what has burnt and found out that the cable connected in between the sound input and main board has burnt. It’s just garbage now.
