Good charger, perfect for weekend backpackers

The charger is small, lightweight, and is good to top off my Pixel 6a. It took my phone from 35% to 100%, so I bet it could do even a slight bit more. It's going to work for my use case. It weighs 0.226 lbs according to my postal scale which is perfect for backpacking and about 3 to 4 overnights. I was hoping I would get a little bit more charge out of it though. It says it's a 5000 mAh pack, but it really only gives 2650 mAh. That is almost half and so overall feels misleading to me. That being said, it's still perfect for my needs taking it backpacking as it is lightweight and eliminates the need for a charging cable too and is sized nicely. The pack gets slightly warm while charging and makes me think if Anker had a feature where I could enable slower charging so that some of that energy wouldn't unnecessarily be lost to heat should I so choose. The little power bank charges fast, and I do like that, but would like the option to do slow charging for a 4th or even 5th backpacking night where I really need to extend the power of my phone if needed. Despite it's flaws, it's still a very nice charger and I'm happy with it.

A nice tiny, easy to use power bank that charges at nearly super fast speed on my Samsung Galaxy. S23 ultra. Really convenient with the fold away u. SBC plug, so I don't have to worry about it. Breaking when in my pocket. Don't need to worry about carrying a chord with me at all times but you can use a cord with the charging port on the side to also charge other items. This little battery has become one of my Everyday carries and i'm just loving it.

I can probably charge my phone twice before needing to recharge. My only complaint is the USB-C connector is a little flimsy. The connection with the phone isn't the most sturdy.

The biggest testament I can give to these nano power banks is that I've bought over 8 of them across the lightning and USB-C versions, just to give out to my family members and friends.

The power banks are super small and lightweight, such that I carry one around in my pockets at most times.
They retain power and are fast to charge using the included USB-C charging cable.

I absolutely LOVE how the power bank has the flip up/down charging outlet, so that I don't need to carry wires anymore, and really only need the power bank itself to charge up my phone.

These are the perfect power banks for older family members who are forgetful about charging their phones. They can leave one of them in their purse or car, and use it on the go as needed.

Another great value product from Anker that I'd highly recommend!

Think Twice About Purchasing

I have always been pleased with Anker products, however, this Nano Power Bank is the exception.

Like others here have mentioned, if you have your phone in a case--even a minimal/thin one, this power bank's USB C male part will not be able to be inserted far enough into the female hole securely (and I tried it on five different phones with various cases). Even if you do get inserted, or do not have a case, this little power bank's weight is still too heavy to only be supported by the USB C male part. It will eventually damage your phone's USB C port, or the power bank's USB C part. At a minimum I highly recommend that if you are using it, to do so only if the power bank itself is supported in someway.

I have decided to keep this power bank though, and use it only with the included (short) USB C to USB C cord.

Also keep in mind this power bank is only 5,000 mAh and will only fully charge a phone's battery if the phones battery capacity is less than this. The power bank itself charges up fine, and quickly charges any phone that has a battery of less than 5,000 mAh, so I am please with this. People trying to charge tablets or other items with larger capacity batteries just don't understand this.

In summary, I do recommend this little power bank, especially since I purchased on sale here at Amazon. Just realize its' limitations.

I spent way too much time trying to find the "perfect charger" for travel. After trying several chargers, I decided to go with the simplest option. No cords required, it just charges my phone (or other USB-C items), just gets me through the day, isn't fancy. This product works great for that purpose. It seems to charge my phone quickly - gets me from 20% to 70%+ in a short time (didn't time it - but felt like 30 minutes or so). Just enough to keep me going. I'm very happy with this product, the small size, the simplicity and am glad I returned the bulkier chargers that required cords and were much heavier.

Design is great looking, but overall is not as functional as I want. It’s really loose when you plug in the charger into your phone, and it wiggles a lot. If you want to play game while using this charger, you’ll have hard time holding both because it’s so loose! It does charge fast, but it also drains fast. I fully charge this portable charger, but my 50% battery phone can suck it all up in less than 30 minutes. It’s really drains fast compared to a similar size portable charger from a different brand.

This is the perfect charging option for travellers. What I like most about this is that the built in flip-out port lets you leave cords behind. You can simply plug it directly into your device directly. The connection is good to be able to use the phone comfortably while charging and on the go.
