Warm and woody tone!!!
5 Stars
Warm and woody tone!!!
I have been a Pro Plec user now for 14 years, especially the small pointed teardrop 358 and this round triangle shaped 346.There are nothing else that truly compare to the Pro Plec series. The thermo plastic compound used to make those really does have a wonderful feel to it.It allows the pick to just glide over the strings but it has that Faux sticking texture which give a slightly enhanced definition to the note and really stirs the harmonics on each note. This is hard to put it into words, you really have to experience it to grasp the whole “thing”.Something I truly love about those large picks is that there are not totally flat for the most part, and I know many complain about it but, in my experience it does help me to hold on to it more easily, it is like it has a special kind of ergonomics to my fingers. Also, they virtually do not wear out as a regular celluloid or even Delrin.. they just develop a slightly “unpolished” bevel to them which gives even more harmonics and soft yet precise attack. They are what we would it call broken in which is what you want to get the full potential and qualities of the pick.
