The Gator Cases U.S.A. Made, rotationally molded G-PRO Series rack cases are manufactured in our Indiana facility to withstand the rigors of touring. Made with virtually indestructible roto-molded polyethylene; these cases will protect your rack gear from the damage and destruction that can occur in between gigs! The 19” rack-able depth is design to hold both, shallow and deep sitting gear. The molded-in ergonomic carry handles are design to provide comfort while moving your gear around. The G-Pro series rack case also comes with front and rear rack rails, as well as recessed twist latches.

The Gator G Pro series rack cases are available in 2U, 4U, 6U, 8U, 10U and 12U sizes. The G Pro series also includes the rolling G-PROR series rack cases in 4U, 6U and 8U sizes. The G-PRO and G-PROR series rack cases were designed to provide solid protection for the gear mounted within them. Gator Cases understands that your gear is important and needs to be protected. This is why our designers designed the cases polyethylene frame to withstand impacts but maintain lightweight for easy transport. A great rack case at excellent price point

This case is used for a portable PA system for my shows. I like the overall look of this case, and it does come with a good supply of rack screws and washers.

I also like that there are rack rails in both the front AND back of the case, very handy for adding rear supports to heavier gear like amplifiers. (I'm using a QSC CX model that doesn't need the extra support.)

I also like the use of seals in the front and back covers, those will help to keep dust and moisture out.

Minor quibbles:

The rack rails are not aligned well, only off by a little but still work. Some gear with tighter tolerance in the rack ear screw holes may not want to sit perfectly level in that case. My amp and mixer were able to be set level though.

The latches are a bit fussy to engage, but seem of good quality. Time will tell how they really hold up.

This case is a lot less expensive than a comparable SKB case, but overall seems as though it will be just as durable.

Overall a great value and good investment to protect your gear.

I got the 4U version 19" deep. Nothing wrong with it but if someone gave it to me as a blind test and I had to estimate the price I would have said 80 bucks.
Since I paid over double of that I consider this product overpriced, and this is why I removed a star.
Nothing wrong but it's not impressive enough to justify the cost. They must make a pretty fat margin on these. They probably use the industry to justify the price, rather than what the materials are. If they were in the garbage bin industry it would be 3-4 times cheaper.

I purchased the 4u by 19" deep Gator case to protect my Signature Solar EG4⚡LL 12.8v 5,120wh lithium battery. I chose this brand to modify for my specific use because of the large handles and the sturdy construction design. The lids and latches and materials make this project a success. Now I have a portable auxiliary battery that can be carried to wherever that I need superior lithium power and still adequately protect the hardware inside!

I have a Crown Power which needs two rack spaces and two Sennheiser receivers which together take another rack space and they all fit perfectly inside this 4 spaces rack, still having room for the cords I always want to have in hand ready to connect to the mixer from my permanently plugged power and receivers. I like to play in front of people showing very well organized and beauty equipments and cords, and a rack like this helps a lot, and of course, it protects a lot while transporting 'em, or stored at home against powder or moisture. Specially Gator makes very strong and well finished racks which protects well and look nice. In order to make it look always like brand new, like with all of my other equipments, I made a light but resistant vinyl cover against scratches and beats.
And the store who sold it to me through Amazon send it to me safe and on time.
