Can I trim my insoles?
Because most of our styles are sized by full shoe sizes, our insoles offer a true-to-size fit without any trimming. However, should trimming be required, our products can be trimmed to fit as necessary.
When should I replace my insoles?
We recommend replacing your insoles about every 3-6 months depending on use.
Can PowerStep insoles be transferred from shoe to shoe?
Yes, the insoles can be easily removed and placed into a different pair of shoes. We recommend purchasing a pair of orthotics for each pair of shoes to help extend the product life.

Product Description
The PowerStep® Original full-length insoles with built-in neutral arch support and a thin layer of plush cushioning are the perfect balance of comfort and support in a lower-profile design. Unlike most shoe inserts and insoles, our Original insoles feature the signature PowerStep arch shape that cradles the arch and heel, adding stability and motion control to limit excess stress on feet, ankles, joints, and tendons.
Feet with neutral arches naturally pronate when walking, where the feet and ankles roll slightly inward, placing pressure on the bigger toes and inside of the foot. Neutral arches need stable, yet flexible arch support for shock absorption and proper alignment. By combining premium cushioning and the clinically proven PowerStep arch shape in a semi-rigid neutral arch relief shell, the PowerStep Original shoe insoles are a trusted solution to improve foot function, decrease arch pain, and help alleviate common foot conditions typically caused by mild to moderate pronation. Discover more plantar fasciitis relief products and over pronation insoles at the PowerStep Amazon store. We also offer womens shoe insoles, running insoles and much more.
Mild to moderate pronation can cause: Plantar Fasciitis; Achilles Tendonitis; Arch & heel pain; Ankle, knee, hip & back pain; Shin splints; Bunions; Heel spurs; Hammer & claw toes; Calluses & corns

I since ordered a size up 10-10.5 women's and trimmed about an 1/8" off the side and they fit perfect in my double-h boots.
After a few hours my right foot was in excruciating pain. I took the insoles out and noticed the heel cup on the right is lower, the outside inner of the foot has a bump 3mm high right where my outer foot joint sits and the insoles are a different thickness! Also the bottom of the left insole looks worn out. However, the left felt perfect....
I don't know if AMAZON is selling knockoffs or what? My husband has 5 perfect pair and my Powerstep hikers are flawless....
‐----------------
Powerstep insoles are far superior compared to many other popular name brands. I have used and use the hiker and my husband the pulse with great success in our mountaineering boots and slippers.
I bought the original Women's 9 - 9.5 to use in my 8.5 double-h cowgirl boots. These insoles fit right in and provide great support (I have flat low volume feet).
The arch was higher than I expected for a low arch.
The insoles are too short so my toes have the edge digging in my feet constantly. This is not an issue with my hiker insoles from powerstep. Perhaps someone bought, cut and returned these? For now I'm using double sided tape to keep them slid more forward in my boots so I overhang the heel instead of the toe area. If I between sizes, I recommend sizing up if this is their new sizing!
The insoles measure 9 3/4" long from in the heel cup to the end. My feet with socks measure 10" with my favorite socks and am a size 8.5 - 9 women's

What a stupid idea. Not to e recommended but for the superior DIY'er or perhaps someone with access to an old fashioned cobbler.
And the month's delivery AND the extra charges ended up with me paying double the price advertised.
Very unsatisfied.
Update: After wearing these for a few days I can tell you there is a bit of sadness when I take off my shoes, I can’t believe how comfortable they are and you don’t even realize you have them in your shoes. As soon as you slide your foot out of your shoe you become aware that you’re going to loose the great support you had all day. I won’t consider another brand after wearing these. ABSOLUTELY love them.
Son adecuadas para cualquier zapato.
Creo que el precio es adecuado
Altamente recomendadas.
