I bought it last July but I just had the time today to re-string my classical guitar. So I tune all the strings . After 2 hours 1 string broke I’m 😞 sad.

I have these Martin M160s on three of my metal-stringed guitars now, and I love them. I prefer playing on nylon strings, because I love the sound and they are easier on my fingers (regardless of the action). These babies stay in tune better than any other ball-end nylon strings I've ever used (over thirty years), and the tension is high enough that my necks have never been affected. You can expect a little less volume from your guitar switching from metal to nylon strings, but they are still plenty loud for most venues, and they amplify just fine if you use an acoustic-electric. The low price point is icing on the cake.

I use these both on my classical guitar (which I use the medium tension) and my old Ovation guitar that I like to string with nylon strings (to which I use the high temsion). Great sound quality. They last as long as other nylon strings. For this the price can't be beat.

I was recommended these strings and I am pretty glad I was able to try them out. I do not have much experience with classical nylon strings but they sound great. I have a silent Nylon electric guitar and they are really responsive and they resonate freely and cleanly. I would only recommend the Hard tension/ high tension string if your guitar has a truss rod, if not your guitar neck will start to bow.

I've been using Ernie Ball earthwood strings for quite a few years when it comes to my classical guitar I really like these martens a lot they have a real nice feel and tone to him I would recommend on your classical guitar giving him a shot if you're not happy with the ones you have now

The ball end and high tension allowed me to bring new life into an old steel string acoustic guitar of that was wasting away

Thought since Martin makes a great guitar, strings would be great as well. Second string in broke as I was putting it on at the ball end. Luckily I know how to tie off a guitar string and was able to salvage the string. Probably won't buy again.
