Customers like the performance of the drill. They say it performs flawlessly, breaks rocks and caliche soil, and is way more useful than renting from Home Depot. The pointed bit works great breaking up the concrete, and the tool allows them to work at their own speed and quit when tired. The digging is extremely fast into their nasty clay soil, so definitely useful for.

The bits are easy to change in and out, and the pointed tool broke up a 10" circular 3/8 aggregate concrete post platform without too much trouble. The spade bit digs into this rocky ground nicely, and only once did I manage to dig the tool a bit too deep into the concrete, making it a bit harder to extract. But shifting it to an angle and hammering allowed me to get it unstuck.
The case fits all the parts nicely, and it comes with oil to fill it up the first time. Adding the oil is not too bad.
Overall a good deal so far, worth the cost and not a problem to handle and do the work.
UPDATE:
Been about a year and I have used this a few times now. Works well, no issues. It will take a bit to chew through some concrete but it will get the job done. Makes digging up some areas in this engineered land (with huge rocks all throughout) much easier.

In short enough time, I received the hammer. It comes in an OK metal case. Not great, but sufficient. It had three bits in the package I purchased, a point, a chisel and a spade. There were instructions and some accessories. It's pretty heavy (which is a plus for hammering). There were a few wrenches and an more-or-less empty oil container.
The instructions were fairly typical for a China made product. Here's an example:
"5. Feeding oil (refer to the paragraph on oil feeding). Prior to using the power tool, remove the oil gauge and do not fail the oil tank with the provided oil. (Although the oil tank is built in, it contains only a small volume of oil when shipped from the works.)" Soooo, I'm not supposed to "fail" the oil tank with the supplied oil?? Well, OK, then. It continues later: "Since , oil chamber is built in this Electric Hammer, it can be used for approximately 20 days without supplying lubricating oil, assuming that the Hammer is used continuously 3~4 hours daily." So am I supposed to fill it or not????? (remember that SNL skit, "Son, you can never put too much water in a nuclear reactor.")
What kind of oil does it use? "Shell Oil Co. Rotella #40 (engine oil) can also be used. This oil is sold as Shell filling stations most anywhere." Hmmmm. I don't think I can find one of those. On a local's advice, I'm probably going to use Air Compressor Oil or maybe an SAE 40.
Anyway, that said, I did figure out how to insert the bits properly, and the oil level seemed OK to me. So, it was "go" time.
I chose the point chisel, set it on the concrete and pulled the trigger. Brap, brap, brap, brap. I let the weight of the hammer drive the point into the concrete. Occasionally, it would hit a rock or something that would slow it, but I would either just move it or wait. It would get through. It took a few minutes to get the hang of, but after that this hammer made quick work of my slab (about 4-5"?). Frankly I was amazed at how quickly it worked. Perhaps disappointed because I found myself thinking of other things I might jackhammer.
That said, I like the hammer. It feels solid. It got me through my project and, for this price, if I can use it a couple more times or loan it out, it'll be well worth it.
One other thing, regarding replacement/other bits. I couldn't find any. That's not saying that there aren't any. But in the time I looked, I couldn't find any.
Having looked at the pictures and the company video and not seeing the tool in action(bustin concrete), I created this review.
Awesome purchase, bought to use for a basement rebuild project. It is identical to Hitachi H65 It is as powerful as the Bosch 90lb electric in half the size and weight. In operation it weighs about 35lbs with bit. Total height with bit in is 36" tall. In my humble opinion, with care, this should hold up to commercial business use very well, considering the cost, I'm confident this tool would make you money. The body is all metal, no plastic parts I have definitely gotten my money's worth out of this tool and would buy it again if it breaks.
Mine was the 3 bit version and came in a plastic case with a handle and wheels on it. The case was slightly damaged on the inside from the weight of the tool, but still functions well. I think the plastic case may be better than the metal case for my usage, but I have not seen the metal case mentioned in other reviews. Having used the typical Bosch electric rental hammers and pneumatic industrial hammers before, I prefer this hammer because it's half the weight and much easier to work with. I tested it on my 5500watt generator for about 30 minutes and it ran well with no difference from the grid.
Outstanding price , overnight delivery thru Amazon.com Prime and a bulletproof 30 day return policy. Only way you can go wrong is if you don't have any concrete to jackhammer.
I fully expect to sell this tool locally, used, after I am finished with the project for twice what I paid for it new.
Get it, use it immediately. re-tighten all fasteners. If it doesn't work or fails, return it immediately for replacement, you must do this within 30 days. If you don't need the spade bit, this hammer is available at an even lower cost. TR Industrial TR89105 Demolition Jack Hammer with Point and Flat Chisel Bit
There is a 2-Year Power & Hand Tools Extended Protection Plan available from Amazon for 19.99, which is some cheap insurance for this tool. It's a checkbox near the buy button. More information here Canopy 2-Year Power & Hand Tools Extended Protection Plan ($200-$250)
Recommended to purchase with this item:

Suggested improvements:
Would be awesome for driving T-posts if someone made an adapter bit for it.
Shorter, heavier duty cord about 18"
Stronger replacement auxiliary side handle.
Needs an Optional Ground rod driver adapter bit.
Needs an Optional 4" wide chisel bit for Tile demo.
Needs an Optional Bushing bit (roughs up concrete for a new layer on a pour-over)
Needs an Optional 3" round tamping bit and 4"x6" tamping bit.
Needs an Optional steel mini cart for storage and bits.
Cons:
Air cooled open motor, can suck dirt into the armature, just don't lay it in the dirt.
Don't let your friends and neighbors find out you have this, they will want to borrow it.
