Overall, the seal is very easy to work with when using a 1" brush on the horizontal surfaces. The vertical gutter drain was a bit more time consuming because the laws of gravity wanted to allow the seal to drip down and out of the hole (applying plastic kitchen wrap around the seal did the trick). The key is to thoroughly clean/prep the area before applying. Once I cleaned the area, I poured a liberal amount around the seam and used the brush to apply evenly along the bottom and sides of the seam. My only concern is durability; how long will the seal stick to the gutters once they start to heat up again during our hot and rainy summer months. If I can get 5 years worth of seal, I'll upgrade my review to 5 stars.

Problem: The Binder is not the same quality as the Silicon material it binds. UHV? I do not know, but if there is a problem, I would guess it is with the Binder and not the Silicon artificial “Rubber”.
Positive side of poor quality Binder: After it cures for six months to a year, I found that it can be painted over I assume because the repellent feature of the Binder is worn or weathered.
Note: I used several applications of Product from several retail sources over several years.
I painted some things outdoors with it last year and saved my cracked up ac housing on my RV with it.
Last week I sealed the entire roof of the RV with it as well. Just to let you know how well this stuff sticks- I got some of it on my leg I think that was Sunday. It is now Friday and I've been washing that spot on my leg with soap and water for a week and it still has not come off.
I recommend reading the directions well, they have a website online- and having an assortment of three or four different tools to use for application so you can find the one that spreads it in the fashion that you prefer. Don't forget to cover the can after you pour some in your container for application. It does not do well with exposure to air in the can.
I doubt I will ever not have some of this stuff on hand again.
