I purchased a few months ago the Bissell Spot Clean PRO model 3624. I got it mostly for cleaning after my dog or when pet sitting other dogs. This little portable carpet cleaner is easy to carry around, does the job quick, and easy to clean. It came with a 8oz bottle of cleaning solution "Bissell PRO MAX Clean + Protect". Now if you look closely at the bottle cap it says, "Formula made for UPRIGHT carpet cleaners" and a picture of an upright machine with a green checkmark and a portable machine with a red slash. I contacted BISSELL, they confirmed that THIS IS the recommended solution for my portable, this is a mistake and Bissell will correct it. In the meantime, if you buy this solution for your portable Bissell carpet cleaner, do not return it, it's the right solution. Highly recommend this cleaning solution, 48oz should last me for a long time.
