Product was fine for day one and then now it doesn't do what it's suppose it just flattens completely out after one day and I did follow the directions for this product so expensive just for it not to do what it says it should do

I bought this product just for a game I was playing I wanted Google play money for gems and so I decided to look up ways to get a Google card without leaving my house. It arrived quickly through my Gmail and the card code worked. I'll will but them this way again in the future.

They work...until they don't

We've purchased hundreds of digital emailed Google Play cards for many years and only had one or two issues. They were resolved quickly. I purchased 2 gift cards on Dec. 14th. One transaction went through great as per usual. When more game purchases were attempted, on the same card, it said the card couldn't be used outside of the US. It wasn't being used outside of the US. It was purchased in the US and used (once for this particular card) in the US. The other card gave the same message when the same purchases were attempted on it. A third Google Play card was purchased to see if it was a glitch. It wasn't a glitch, it gave the same message. The account balance says there is the correct balance (total of all three cards minus the urchases that wernt through) in the Google Play Account. The money cannot be spent. We've made several attempts to resolve the issue, but to no avail. My husband was on hold for 45 minutes and no one answered. The initial communication was a recorded answer that said to stay on the line for help.
We've been online attempting all the 'fixes' for this issue, there are MANY dating back several years. Nothing has worked. If anyone has a phone number to a LIVE person who won't ghost you, please respond! As of now, we are no longer purchsing Google Play cards (I know, it's a drop in the bucket and it really won't matter) because we don't have the money to have it held or loose it because it wasn't used in time.
