Misleading, cheaply made. Horrible customer service
First my product arrived late. I contacted Amazon they told me to contact the seller I contacted the seller and explained to them this was supposed to be a birthday present they told me that they would give me 15 off I explained to them I went online and found pretty much the same product for a much cheaper price that I could get same day instead and just wanted them to cancel it since I hadn't received it. They told me there was nothing they could do. When it finally arrived three days late I decided to keep it as a backup for my son.The directions first of all are horrible the pictures are confusing and it doesn't really give you instructions like for example the wheel locks have to be in a certain position to be able to push the screw in. The handle you have to push it through these prongs at the top. The seat is very small. My baby just turned 3 and I guarantee he will outgrow this within 6 months. The handle is pretty much useless as it will not push in the direction you want it to when turning and literally was manufactured crooked. You have to force some of the pieces together and the metal seems cheaply madeThis will definitely not hold up on any terrainI guessing it's a blessing in disguise because I would have felt bad giving this as a birthday present . Overall not happy and will be not be repurchasing or recommending to anybody else .
