    I purchased the item listed as NEW.What I received was preowned by appearance,wear,dents,dirt,broken parts and damage.I reached out to Razor per instructions from seller info and they said that is the seller is responsible because Razor does not sell used or refurbished as well as they checked and saw it came from Amazon.I really was willing to make a simple resolution but given no way to contact or simply speak to the seller. The listing was false. What I received was false advertisement. The bolts and screws were already put in so when assembling we had to FIGHT for hours to remove them just to assemble and multiple screws were STRIPPED. The photos alone speak for themselves. This seriously was just plan mean! This was a gift for my children who have been going through some very difficult health scares recently. I do not mind now that I’ve put in the HOURS of assembly and was finally able to get my kiddos on it that it is used HOWEVER I do not find it good business that it was sold under false pretenses and was used and damaged and I paid full price for it. I also find it absolutely insane to even be offered to return it because that’s yet another hassle put upon me that should’ve been avoided and easily could’ve been. I would simply like to only pay the price of a used bike since that’s what I received and I paid for new. I’m not sure how anyone thought someone wouldn’t notice. Tires dirty, everything scratched, dented , parts destroyed . Just a mind blowing situation. And first real negative experience with Amazon after many years. I feel duped.
