    I have a medical implant that is controlled by a small remote control which I keep losing by accident. I bought another type of finder 1st but it wouldn't pair. Bought this, wish I just bought this 1st. Soooo easy to set up and the finder noise was nice and loud making it easy to find a few rooms over. The finder also is light weight and small but perfect for what I needed. Highly recommend this item. Already thinking what else needs a finder tile in it. Lol..

    I gave it 5 stars so everyone would see the true review. It's JUNK, battery lasted less than 2 months and they wanted me to replace it with a 15% discount for another piece of junk just like it. Purchased this device at the end of August 2023 and received an email from Tile on October 12th 2023 saying that they detected a low battery in the device, but that they would sell me a new device at a 15% discount. So much for the battery life being 1-3 years. I attempted to contact Tile and got an automated system that definitely wasn't geared to handle a complaint about their product. Good thing I purchased it through Amazon, and they reimbursed me for the product as even contacting Tile wasn't an easy process.

    If you've ever misplaced your keys or you wondered where your spouse/kid/friend left them, spare yourself grey hairs and stress. Get a Tile.

    The Good:
    The Tile pays off its investment the first time you lose the item it's attached to. Load up your app, search, and close in on your target like a shark or sub. Feel free to make Jaws noises if it eases your mental well-being.

    Setup requires syncing the Tile to its own app on your phone. Yes, yet another app -- but this one at least is a valuable utility. Connecting the device and my phone (Samsung Galaxy S23+) took seconds. Really user friendly all in all.

    The Tile is durable, fairly lightweight, and unobtrusive on my key chain. It slips on and stays on to do its job. Basically, it acts as a tiny buoy waiting until you activate the app to find it.

    Anything with a key ring or chain is fair game for a Tile, at least with this design. You could easily stick one in a box, an inner compartment of your luggage, or somewhere else stationary.

    The Bad:

    The Ugly:
    It's pretty expensive for what you get - - a product with a 2-3 year battery life.

    I don't like the battery cannot be replaced. This isn't very eco-friendly or consumer friendly. For that, I remove a star.

    Verdict: 4/5 stars. An excellent product but the non-environmentally friendly battery design is a flaw.

    Always losing your keys or phone? Not me because the tile is here to save the day! Light weight and sleek design. The tile helps you find your keys but also (since I have it on my keys), the tile can ring your phone. The volume is loud enough that if it's under clothes, you can still hear it. While not ostentatious, it's noticeable enough to see at a glance. The one drawback is that the battery is non replaceable.

    I bought this as a gift for my grandfather who is notorious for losing his keys and he says it saves him so much time when leaving the house and he uses it almost daily. I have also bought the wallet insert for him and he now never leaves the house without them. It has a great battery life and doesn't feel cheap at all. I would say it is also user-friendly as my uncle who isn't very tech-savvy was able to set it up for him easily and quickly. It is not exclusive to keys and can come in very handy for multiple purposes.
