These pair of Salter pans are as a replacement for some of my older pans , and so far have preformed very well , they don't require as much heat as some pans .
I am satisfied with the results when in use , they clean easily

These pans are great. I have a small frying pan, a large one and a griddle and use them on an electric hob. The quality is superb, they look great too. Best of all, they clean very easily. I use the griddle to cook fajitas and the old griddle was a nightmare to clean. This one is a doddle.

I've had these before and they lasted a long time. Sadly this time, the smaller one is definitely not non stick. I had to season it like my old pans and wipe with oil before every use. I still like them and would buy again despite the disappointment.
