Whiter? Brighter?
My teeth weren't (and aren't) shiny white. I don't want them to be Hollywood white, but I'd like them less dingy. I'm not 100% sure it worked. But I'm not sure it did not. Using them is fairly easy.They don't align perfectly, but you know, everyone has a different mouth.I'd put them on in the morning - usually before the gym. I would do my 30 minutes of cardio, then pull them off.Getting them off isn't that difficult, but it is sticky. Your saliva and their "glue" do allow them to bond, but good. What you then have to do it really rinse out your mouth and sometimes even run a tissues across them to get rid of what I can only fondly call as "gunk".I took before and after pics and in those I don't see much difference. But lighting and all could play a factor.However, in real life, I *think* they are marginally better. Of course, that could all just be wishful thinking. No one has just said, "hey! look how much white your teeth have become!". ....but I suppose if they did, all I'd take away was, "wow - your teeth were dull and dingy before!"I'm glad I least tried it. But I don't know I'll go back for seconds.

I need more time to tell if these actually work as a whitener but I can review the process of using them. Once you open the strips there is a long strip and a short strip. I’ve never used whitening strips before so I'm sure which goes where. I assume the short strip goes on the top set of teeth and the long on the bottom, so that’s where I placed them.
They are easy to remove from the plastic card and easy to place on the teeth. You have to make sure your teeth are dry before placement so it is recommended that you wipe them off with a towel. They were a bit longer than my teeth so I curled them over onto the back of the teeth. It says not to swallow so I wasn’t sure if I’m supposed to spit when needed or if they just meant don’t swallow the strips, the instructions are generic.
Once placed on the teeth you can taste the spearmint flavored whitening gel, it doesn’t taste like chemicals or medicine. I left them on for 30 minutes to ensure they stayed on. I put my mouth guard in to hold them in place and to help with the reduction of saliva. Removal was a bit tricky, the gel was really sticky and almost was glue like. Once I pulled off the strips, they started to fold into themselves and somewhat dissolve into the gel and I had to pick the gel off my teeth by hand. Once I was able to get most of the gel off, I had to rinse my mouth out with warm water about five times before I was able to remove all the gel and then followed up with a brushing.
Having never used gel strips before I’m not sure if this is normal, either way it’s not a big deal. I look forward to completing the next few sessions and seeing a pearly white smile.

I wanted to wait a few days before giving my review so that I could be able to reveal the results.
First day- This was my first try at ever wearing whitening strips. I was expecting some goo & sensitivity. It was advised to leave on your teeth for 30 minutes & on towel dried teeth. I decided to add to my night routine. After 30 minutes the strip was almost dissolved. It was a little difficult to peel the strips off (they do get a bit slimy). I was so happy though that I didn’t feel any sensitivity at all. Didn’t see any difference in whitening color.
Second day- I knew what to expect with the process of putting strips on my teeth. After 30 minutes I could see a difference in shade. I was so glad no sensitivity or irritation with my teeth. This made me so happy because I have tried different ways to whiten my teeth & they irritated my teeth.
Seventh day- mild gradual results with the shade. Not sure if I should rub goo off or in after taking strips off. Very mild sensitivity.
I haven’t finished all of the 14 days of whitening strips yet but I am in the process of results gone good. Sorry don’t have before picture…

I was sent these in return for my honest opinion on them.
I'm always on the lookout for teeth whitening products, these looked interesting, they come in strips. The top strip stretching around easily from fang tooth to fang tooth. The bottom strip is pretty much the same too, so it is slightly shorter in width. The sizes of them are roughly 1.5cm long, the top strip is 7.5cm wide and the bottom is 5.5cm wide.
The strips aren't a bad taste, they have a bit of minty fresh to them. I brushed my teeth then dried them before putting the strips on. I had enough room to fold the tops over the edges so they weren't in my way. I also poked them into each line in between each tooth. They stay on quite well, better than I thought. They did make me dribble a little! I wouldn't say I was a fan of peeling them off and I would absolutely rinse your mouth as soon as you do, as it's not the nicest feeling left on your teeth but it does rinse away quickly and easily, with a bit of water.
These need to be put on once everyday, for 14 days, so far I'm on day 8. You need to leave them on for half an hour a time.
I wouldn't say my teeth were stained badly prior to using these but they were a couple of little bits on the bottom ones and a little yellowed on the top ones. I do think within the first few times of using these, you notice a change in the colouring. I definitely feel like now I can see the difference from the start. I think it was more the centre that started whitening firstly, then the base of each tooth and now I feel like I can see a difference all throughout each tooth. I want to say my stains look lighter but I don't know for sure. I'm not hating on this, as I was more bothered about my top teeth being discoloured.
I would recommend these for teeth discolouration. The taste isn't terrible, I just think taking them off isn't the nicest. I felt they worked on some things for me, so I would say they're worth trying for the price.
