What do I usually cook in a microwave oven? Nothing! Tim Anderson’s new book about microwave cooking has changed my perspective. As usual Tim’s book is informative, humorous and has recipes that are easy to follow. In addition this book features recipes that are old family favorites, new ideas and flavors from around the world. So far I have made Bill Clinton Chicken and Steamed Salmon and Bok Choi. They both turned out great! Can’t wait to try them all!
