Best sleep mask I’ve purchased!
If you’re tired of terrible sleep masks that fall off all the time and feel like they’re crushing the side of your temples this is the one for you (not an ad haha). I purchased this due to me going on vacation and jet lag, and I can confidently say this is one of the only masks I have ever tried that has covered all light exposure. The design is extremely comfortable with the circular pads as well as full light blockage. I also have a larger head and most masks don’t fit me well but I was able to use this one with no problems whatsoever. I also started using the mask since during studying my sleep schedule gets destroyed and I can utilize it to take naps. Now of course there are some cons with the mask but some are just nit-picky or they most likely will only affect me. Firstly the cups on inside the front of the mask are extremely comfortable and plush however, they are hot if you are in a warmer environment which definitely affected me on my trip to China (it was pretty humid). As far as using in Los Angeles no issues whatsoever. Secondly if you are a side sleeper slight light can leak in due to the mask on the side being squished between your head and pillow. I typically sleep on my back or belly or not a big issue for me however I did notice it. Of course these issues can be mitigated by buying the pro mask but $20-something bucks for a sleep mask is definitely on the more expensive side. Overall if you need a quality sleep mask without breaking the bank this is a really good option!

One slight issue is if you use a cpap with a full face mask or nose cup this will not fit well. You will need to use nose pillows or something similar.

I am very happy with my Manta sleep mask. I chose this brand for the high build quality I perceived from the videos describing the product. I have not been disappointed. I was advised by my doctor to buy a cupped eye mask for my thyroid eye disease. my lids would not fully close at night when sleeping so i would wake up with dry, crusty, painful eyes and frequent styes. i got this mask, and another mask with a flatter cup, shortly after getting punctal plugs installed in my tear ducts. i have to say that the masks function just as effectively, if not more so, than the punctal plugs. my punctal plugs fell out so i can compare mask use both with and without the plugs, and can safely say the mask does most of the work. i can't sleep without the masks. if i do, or if they come off at night, then i wake up with my eyes feeling absolutely butchered. i can't believe i didn't buy this sooner. if you have thyroid eye disease then don't hesitate - buy this mask (or any other cupped eye mask). i like that the eye cups are removable and adjustable with velcro, and the head strap is also velcro adjustable. for the most part, it is comfortable and completely blocks light. my eyes are not nearly as dry as they use to be upon waking up. i can't sleep without it now.

i will go into the cons now - for this particular model, i found that the cup padding would press into my sinus/nose bridge and could interfere with breathing comfort a little. but the trade off is worth it. on days when i feel extra sensitive, or more asthmatic, and it bothers me too much, then i will switch out this mask for a more lightweight model. sometimes the mask comes off my face at night and i am not sure if it's me pushing it off, or it coming off by itself. sometimes it does get a little warm, so maybe unknowingly, in my sleep, i end up pushing it off. i often rotate between this eye mask, and the ones with less defined eye cups. but having the eye cup is key as a flat, standard mask wont cut it. if you are a side sleeper, then the cups might end up being pushed around a bit, especially if you move around a lot when you sleep.

whether you choose this particular model or another one i am sure you will find relief. totally worth the money, cheaper than punctal plugs, and works just as well, if not better, than the punctal plugs. keeps my eyes from drying out completely in my sleep and it improves my sleep quality. even though my ted has improved with medication i will still continue to sleep with this mask on, especially in winter with the heat on causing dryness. sad that this isn't sold in pharmacies or covered by insurance, it's truly an eye-saver. love it.

I didn't know exactly what to expect with this, but I'm definitely now a fan! Very comfortable on the eyes/face, and excellent at blocking out light. I'm mostly a side sleeper, and my only critique is that it needs to be fairly tight to not shift on your head, and that makes it less comfortable. But still highly recommended

The title sums it up pretty nicely. With the sturdy hook and loop (or velcro) used in this mask along with the adjustable padded eye covers, the ability for this to fit your face snugly and comfortably while not letting light leak in is unmatched. I have also been using this mask daily for nearly a year now and it is still holding up where others would literally be coming apart at the seams twice over, with how tight I like to wear my mask. I even use it to take naps during my hour long lunch.

I've held off on writing a review on this for almost 6 months now. I wanted to fully test it out before I share any opinions. Here are my pros and cons.

PROS:
-Extremely modular
-Great quality
-Very comfortable (unlike others which feel like they are irritating my ears when I put them on)
-No light comes through whatsoever no matter how bright the room is
-Really good for those of us who sleep on our back
-Extremely well built, no tearing of any kind
-Looks good too (I am self conscious about wearing sleep masks on planes, but I wasn't with this one)
-The pads are incredibly soft (they have little tags on them letting you know where your nose should be)
-Worth the price

CONS:
-Slightly more difficult for side sleepers, but it can be done in a comfortable enough way where it does not bother me
-Harder for stomach sleepers (I had a very difficult time sleeping with them on my stomach)
-The adjusting process is a bit tedious, but once you have them the way you want them its not an issue
-No colour options

SUMMARY:
Well worth the price as they are the best sleeping mask I have ever used. I personally would not recommend them for people who sleep on their stomachs. However, if you sleep on your back or side then I would highly recommend them. The pros for me really outweigh the cons.
