This is a well made item that offers many ways to massage your back, neck and shoulders and the optional heat setting is so soothing. I like the fact that you can choose from a variety of options to massage your back, by either setting it to auto and letting it go through all the massage options, or targeting a certain area of your back or neck. It is very easy to use, I didn’t need to refer to the manual, just played with the remote control. I also like the fact that you can easily remove the pad on the seat to give a deeper back massage if required.

After much research I opted for this Comfier massager and I have not regretted my decision. It has fulfilled all my hopes and after a number of uses it really has alleviated my back and shoulder aches. I am 5 foot 11 inches and it seems perfect for me. It would suit both a shorter person or taller, because both my shorter wife and tall son have tried it and said it was comfortable. Like with any similar device you need to experiment to find the best sitting position for yourself as well as the most comfortable intensity settings. These are easily adjusted by using the attached remote. A very good buy.

I cannot understate how good this massage seat is. All of the functions work very well. The massage on the back area is really good, and it seems to find those knotted bits of muscle. I really like the neck/shoulder massage, I could sit there for an hour with this on alone. The heating does not get hot, just a little warm, only just noticeable. The side hugs are a nice feature, but not sure if they contribute to the massage - maybe it's just there to give you a hug!

Vibrate mode doesn't seem to do much for me, but some might like it. Every time a family member or friend pops round, and I mean EVERY time, they all have to have a go - makes drinking tea interesting!

We have it sat on an arm chair which seems to suit it perfectly. My wife and I are both 5ft 6". My daughter is shorter and says the neck massage doesn't reach, so maybe not so good for shorter folks.

Top tip - don't drink tea whilst using it 😉

having owned this for a month or so - it's permanently set up in the living room. Easy to operate, just sit down and press a button.

The air bags and vibration functions are too gimmicky for my liking so i have them off all the time.

The massage is deep and stimulating. Neck height is ok for me (5'9"), but too high for others in the family (5 ft) , so they may have to prop themselves up on cushions which is a pain.

The remote isn't the easiest to use to be honest. I still havent gotten the hang of adjsuting the width of the massage balls for the back. On/off/height adjust are simple enough.

In summary - unless you want the airbag and vibration functions, you could go for lower models which would be cheaper too.
