I have been using this back brace for about a year now. It has a great fit. It does the job for the most part. The only thing I can say that I don't care for is that the top and bottom tend to roll a little bit. But not enough to where it is bothersome. I wash it about once a week or more because I use it when I'm walking.

This brace provides very good support for exercises or working. I have a Brace Up belt also and this provides more support for strenuous activity. Both are comfortable to wear. It is just the activity level that makes one better than the other. The stays in the Brace UP are a little less stiff so you can sit with it on for longer periods of time. There is a lot of adjustment in the belt so you can wear it with nothing under it or a shirt or even a jacket. No problems with the workmanship.. The color makes it easier to find too. I wear both. I would buy it again if necessary.

I ordered one of these thru my over-the-counter Medicare Advantage benefit and liked it so much, I ordered another thru Amazon for my wife. I've tried 4 or 5 different back braces over the years and while they're effective, they're also a pain in the butt to put on with their various tangled straps and velcro closures. But the Clever Yellow support is the easiest brace to put on and take off I've ever used. It does a very good job of supporting my lower spine and keeping pressure off my deteriorating disks. I highly recommend it.

I have found this Clever Yellow back support is not a cure but has helped a lot with my back pain. It is basically a wide, strong belt, fastened with very strong Velcro, with a narrower belt over it. The narrower belt is elasticated & can be pulled up as required & fastened with very strong Velcro. Each belt has a very good length of individual adjustment. There are four vertical stays incorporated. It is a bit like an old-fashioned ladies' corset or stays. It does not prevent me from bending down at all. I have found that I now end my working day without the back pain I had. The one downside is that after a meal, it can become uncomfortable & has to be loosened. One reviewer noted that it can be sweaty so I do wear it over a garment & have not found any problem. An excellent basic support & I am considering buying another so as to have one to use while the first is washed. These supports must be hand-washed & cannot be tumble-dried so may take a while to dry.
