The watch is great is you like tracking things like your sleep patterns, heart rate, calories burned per day or steps per day. The watch is very light on the wrist and easy to read. The light does not really illuminate as much as I would like it too, like when your lying in bed. But you can still see it. The APP is not very user friendly, however, once you mess around with it for a while it gets a little easier. Overall, a great watch that recharges itself in the light so I only need to charge it once every three days, even with the heart rate monitor on. The strap feels a little too "plasticky" and is not as comfortable as other straps I have had on the past. Good Buy with the durability of a G-Shock.

The heart rate measurement is pretty accurate; it reads the same whether it’s from a blood pressure monitor or a cardio machine. The Casio app is pretty good. The only downside I see is app related and not the watch: I wish the health data transfers over to the Apple Health app. Hopefully it’s possible with future updates.

After doing some research i found this watch that was also in my budget and had extra features from the one I had.

So far the watch is working as expected with the main feature I use mostly is as a watch and the step tracker.

The watch can be paired with the Casio app. the app leaves a bit to be desired, as I managed to download the watch update after my third try. but this is more of an app issue than a watch issue
