I love it. It's a great quality product and is smartly and beautifully designed. What can I say, you can tell it's a European product. Shame on us for not being able to design something so simple elegantly. On why it functions well: holds bags in place, completely sealed (no roaches here!), slow-closing lid, no mechanism problems, durable, and well-sized. If I had ANY TINY criticism (more of a suggestion), it would be that I would love an option for the lid to hold open.
I initially didn't want to spend this amount on a garbage can, but now have no regrets, and am displaying it with pride in my kitchen.
