No le veo ningún contra. La recomiendo.
* Better picture quality, which surprised me. Colors were more accurate in particular.
* Wider angle when not zoomed. For me, I think this is a plus, but might not be for everyone.
* Tracking. The tracking works pretty well when active. It seems to recognize the face of whoever activates the tracking, rotating the camera whenever that face leaves the middle third of the picture and ignoring any other faces. This does mean that any obstructions of the face will confuse it.
* Slightly better but still not good audio. Both cameras pick up way more ambient noise than my Blue Snowball or my Logitech headset mic. This did pick up my voice slightly better with the same amount of ambient, so better, but not good.
* Portrait mode. OBS detected the portrait change no problem. As stated (briefly after an asterisk) in the description, it only claims to work on OBS. I can confirm that it doesn't work in Windows Camera.
* Zoom. Easy to use, as long as you want to go 1x, 1.5x, 2x, 1.5x, 1x, in order, every time you change the zoom. Not ideal for using live, but fine during setup. The zoom seems to be digital, but I can also maybe hear something mechanical happening, so I could be wrong.
* Magnetic privacy cover. It sticks on very well, so it's definitely not going to come off unintentionally.
* Different shape of stand. It attached to a tripod just fine, but the hang-on-top-of-a-monitor mode has a far looser hinge than the Logitech, which means it takes more effort to get it in place correctly and stay there. This makes the magnetic privacy cover's strength problematic.
Now, the biggest flaw I've found, when you stop the tracking, about half the time it will sit and rotate back and forth between two points a few degrees apart, about once every 2 seconds, and keeps going back and forth until you reactivate tracking. This is quite annoying, and I took a star off for it. I only use webcams for video calls, so it's not a big deal for me, but for someone who uses tracking often, and needs it to work right every time, this is not going to work.
This currently seems priced similarly to similarly featured cameras, so I don't think it's a particularly good or bad deal. If that stop-tracking bug isn't a big deal for you and you have a tripod/boom/etc, I'd recommend it, but otherwise, I'd look elsewhere.

Facile à utiliser, plug and play.
The camera comes with a lens cover, which attaches with magnets to the front and back. There is also a tally light which illuminates white when you have the video turned on.
The Aicoco Mount allows you to attach the camera to a deep monitor or thin laptop. There is also a tripod thread so you can mount it on an arm or tripod. As you can see in the photos you can also tilt the camera down if the angle isn’t right – if you are using it with a laptop, you can’t tilt it up.
The microphones work fine in my home office; but in the office I had complaints on calls that they picked up the noise of neighbours; either way you still need a headset if you want to hear what’s going on at the other end.
The great features are the gesture controls, and the motor-powered pan feature.
With an OK gesture at the camera, the tally light goes green, and the camera will physical pan left and right to track you. A palm gesture stops it tracking; and there is a pointing gesture that makes the camera step through two zoom settings and then back to wide angle.
The zoom is digital, but the first step is perfectly usable; and why I think it may be well suited to a small meeting room.
The Aicoco webcam has one trick up its sleeve; you can rotate the front element and the video becomes portrait mode for TikTok or YouTube shorts. I haven’t seen this on a webcam before and it could be very useful to get a locked camera recording. (The rotate view is the image with the tally light on the left of the camera.)
I started commenting on the value; the video quality is fine for work purposes; and will be a step up from a laptop webcam for someone starting on streaming. The tracking features are handy if you like to move about. It doesn’t have the fanciest tracking like; jumping to the person talking in a meeting room; but for the price I shouldn’t expect that. Finally, its small which is why I carried it to work measuring 71 x 44 x 75mm; so, if you want to carry it about its not a problem.
