In den Warehousedeals preiswert erworben, kam das Gerät in einem zerbeulten Karton. Das Gerät selber war makellos verpackt, eben wie neu. Der Aufbau gestaltete sich absolut problemlos in weniger als 10 Minuten. Ein Blick auf die mitgelieferten Trainingsabbildungen und schon ging es los. (Es gibt aber auch ein paar Videos auf Tube). Ich, relativ sportlich, war dann bei den heutigen etwas wärmeren Temperaturen schnell durchgeschwitzt. Eigentlich ist da nichts schwer. Auch eine unsportliche Person schaffte alles gut. Man braucht nicht viel Kraft. Die Wiederholung macht es.

Insgesamt ist das Gerät aus soliden Metall hergestellt. Die Polsterung ist in Ordnung. Die Rollen drehen sich bei Bedarf mit. Beim Training hört man die Feder. Ist allerdings nicht laut. Die Halterung dar Seile klakkert leise. Das ist auch nicht schlimm. Nach % Tagen "Seilziehen und Rumpfbeugen" habe ich Muskelkater. Dabei war ich gar nich so fleißig. Ich hab Spaß damit.
