I tend to hone my knives at work a lot, but for the price I think this is a great work knife!
I keep this razor sharp (factory sharp) using a steel, as with all of our knives.

The Grip is comfortable and re-assuring.
It is a good knife, it cuts well and the handle is confortable. I was unaware of how big it would be when I ordered it (look at photo for comparison).
The size actually made it unwieldy to me and I dont end up using it often. To be fair, it's very sharp and pretty easy to maintain. The big blade is sometimes a bit uncomfortable to hold if you pinch the metal but it does work well.
