Citizen Toxie: The Toxic Avenger IV

A tear in the space-time continuum opens up the Toxic Avenger's hometown of Tromaville to an alternate universe version of itself, Amortville. That's where the Noxious Offender comes in: instead of fighting off villains and generally saving the day, Toxie's evil twin Noxie prefers violent rampages that leave innocent bystanders dead. Tromaville isn't big enough for two horribly disfigured mutants, and it's up to Toxie to do something about it.
