Very good game with some issues

Very good game with some issues
Now, to start off, I've played every Assassin's Creed game. I love Unity, the story, while having a Cliché ending, and the occasional lag spike or floating NPC(As I've seen in multiple AC titles)it never really took away from the experience of being a complete and total badass.Without spoiling anything Major(or that you won't encounter within the first 15 minutes), Assassin's Creed: Unity, focuses souly on the main protaganist Arno Dorian, without going into the "fututre"(current time)too much as it did in previous titles. As a big fan of the entire "2012 mayan calander and old Roman/Greek gods and Christianity" mixed into the first few games(AC II, I'm looking at you!)the focus on Arno is not one we haven't seen before.Arno's father was killed by, presumably, either a traitor Assassin or a rouge Templar. He is taken in by the Templar Grand master, François de la Serre, and raised as his own. Whilst doing some 'minor' breaking and entering to see François daughter, Élise de la Serre, whom was raised as Arno's adoptive sister.(can't have a good game without a little incest I guess?) He witnesses the murder of his adoptive father, whose murder he is later framed for, and swears to avenge his death. After being thrown into the prison, he meets his fathers old friend, whom then, allows our french Ezio in on all that is going on with the now warring Templars and Assassins, as a new grand master has stepped up to the plate, and is presumably going to strike hard and fast on the Assassins, breaking their peace. Arno escapes, leaves to join the Assassin's, roll intro. Now, as far as Arno as a character goes, like stated previouly, he is pretty much Ezio with a "french"(very English sounding however) accent. He is somewhat likeable and charming, and not nearly as much of a bore as Connor from Assassin's Creed III, but he does lack the initial jerky lovableness of our favorite Assassin. The city of Paris however, is simply stunning. From now enterable houses, to the bustling streets of the slums, to the posh towers of the wealthy, to famous cathedrals like the Notre Dame de Paris. With thousands of NPC's roaming the streets, riots, people fighting randomly, and multiple random incounters to keep you interested for weeks on end, it DEFINITELY has tons of stuff to do.That being said however, the game is for sure not locked at 30 FPS, it's CAPPED at it. Honestly, at some points, I'm sure I could run it better on a 1995 Macintosh than the PS4 can handle it. I'm not sure if it's a problem with the PS4(Which if it is, console gaming has died and I need to upgrade my PC parts)or if it's simply the way it was programed on the disc. As I'm no technilogical expert on this, I'm going to blame the disc for now, unless I get conformation that in only the first full year of it's release, game designers have pushed the PS4 to it's processing limits. The story is meh, and towards the end(particularly after Sequence 7 chapter 3 or 4 were you have this big fight scene) I found the story to be dragging on a bit, and it was not keeping me as interested as I should be. The "main" plot after that seems to almost be about killing one character and the love between Arno and Elise. All and all, I loved the game, and would highly recommend it at it's current price of about 35$. I've posted some pictures down below that I have capture myself, using only the PS4 screen capturing software built into the system(pictures are not edited in any way), just so you may see how magnificent, stunning, and large this game truly is.
