This is a classic "feel good" music album. Pitbull has shown on this album that he's got the art and the talent to create good, awesome music. "Give Me Everything" is my favourite song, but the entire album is equaly good. If you want good beats, lyrics and vocals, this is the album to get. From road trips (which I took a couple of days ago), to house parties, to clubs...this album will be the defenite example of good music made perfect. Get it, don't think about it, just get it. It is that good. I got the digital version from Amazon and couldn't ask for more. The ability to download it to my MP3 player, etc. The online cloud storage and flexibility of Amazon's cloud player make purchases easy and a joy to browse for other music. Perfect.

Prior to this CD, I wasn't too big of a fan of Pitbull's. He made a few songs I liked but that was pretty much it. I heard "Give Me Everything" on the radio and I was hooked! I bought the CD and haven't regretted it at all. This is a more fun, dance album than I've known him to record. It's amazing! In the beginning, I had a few favorite tracks but now I love them all! So give the album a try. This was my first Pitbull album but at this rate, it won't be my last.

I purchased this album as a "great job in school this semester" for my husband. I can honestly tell you, he won't stop listening to it! I'm not really a pitbull fan, but I will say that there are a few songs on this album that are pretty catchy, and I think I'm going to upload this album to my ipod as well; I could use it at the gym. I'd say DEFINITELY get it if you are a Pitbull fan, and if you're not, I'd still pick it up. You just might become one!

It had songs I wasn’t familiar with. But it was good. I liked pit bulls Greatest Hits better. Of course, I’m 78, so maybe I’m not upon the latest!😃

I specifically bought this looking for some upbeat music to rebound to on my new circular trampoline, indoors. It definitely suits the purpose and I like that it's not just Pit Bull, but lots of other artists on the tracks also. Very smart marketing on his part! Supposedly there's explicit lyrics, but ever since American Bandstand live in the 50s I've never listened to lyrics. I go with the rhythm and beat.
100 on the rhythm and 95 on the beat, if I was voting w/Dick Clark back then.

Love this CD. My cousin and I went to see Pitbull at Jones Beach and she loves him too. I bought her this CD and we were listening to it, loving it and I heard Hotel Room Service. That song is on the CD. It's not on mine, I bought mine a while ago. I am NOT complaining, but it's weird. I have gotten most of his CDs and I'm slowly learning Spanish! Love Pitbull!!

I really enjoy a lot of the modern electronic music, but I'm out of the loop as to what is good and what is not. As such, I rely a lot on the Amazon computer to analyze what I've purchased and viewed and to make suggestions to me. I never listen to the little "sound bites" they provide so almost every CD that I buy turns out to be something of a big surprise. That may seem haphazard, but I've found some really excellent music in this way. One of the latest Amazon computer suggestions was the "Planet Pit" CD by Pitbull. I'd never heard of Pitbull or this particular CD. That's okay, I can listen to and enjoy unknowns.
One of my concerns about any CD, particularly in the field of electronic music. would be the quality of the recorded sound. Some electronic music has outstanding sound and some is atrocious. As a standard for sound quality, I listen to a few tracks on my "Random Album Title" CD by deadmau5 to adjust my hearing intake and my stereo system. I play it fairly loud and adjust the sound to come out crisp and clear. Then I put the Pitbull CD on. The "Planet Pit" sound comes across as fairly good, but not equal or ideal. It's a little too loud, for one thing. I like loud music, I might add, and I played the Pitbull CD at the same volume as the "Random Album Title" CD, but the Pitbull sound came across as uncomfortably loud. Evidently, the producers intend it to be that way, but I had to turn it down a notch for comfortable listening. Also, a lot of the sounds on the Pitbull CD are so blended together they come across as a pulsating sonic mush rather than distinctive and independent sound lines.
I'm surprised at how hip-hop oriented the music is. Also, the East Indies influence surprises me, but I'm just not that familiar with Pitbull. That doesn't bother me any, it's excellent dance music and would be good stuff to play at a party. The vocals seem somewhat overwhelming. I should add that I prefer electronic music with a minimum of vocals. This recording has way too many for my particular tastes, and I don't particularly care for the involved lyrics, if I can understand them. Also, I don't particularly like the way the vocals are blended together as if everything is coming from one or two vocalists, which may well be the case.
"Planet Pit" is not a bad CD at all. I can easily understand it's popularity. It's just not a good fit for my listening and musical tastes (more toward things like deadmau5 or Daft Punk), but that doesn't mean it's a bad record. I have problems with the production qualities of the CD, however, and it effects my listening pleasure in the negative.

Aparte de que Pitbull gusta.
Los duos con los que suele hacerlos son geniales.
Si gustan los cantantes con quien los hace, es recomendable.

Anyone who doesn't like this album are stiffs, amazing mix of Brazilian, rock, rap and *dirty words. (*you are warned.) Collaborating with some of the world's best and up and coming artists. Pit looks like a bouncer, who shouldn't really be doing this, he's best on a club stage in Miami, where live performances bring down the house down. Liked by both men and women, he's the man.
