Tia's menu for Thanksgiving with her favorite guys: herbes de Provence turkey; cornbread stuffing with sausage, apple and fennel; brown-butter green beans with hazelnuts; pumpkin cheesecake with bacon crumble crust.

Tia's perfect food day: a healthy green juice and a Greek breakfast frittata, then on to a favorite lunch spot to get inspiration for the perfect dinner. She ends the day with asparagus-wrapped beef fillet to share with a friend.

Tia's invited a new friend, Catherine McCord, over for one of her favorite home-cooked meals so they can get to know each other better.
