Michele Wilson puts her spin on Grilled Filet Mignon with Chocolate Coffee BBQ Sauce and Stuffed Portabella Mushrooms, while Bobby grills up a decadent Filet of his own with Blue Cheese Butter, and Truffle-Oil Grilled Mushrooms.

With a little inspiration from the Middle East and India, Bobby Flay and Brooklynite Henry Tenney grill lamb two ways.

Tassa takes a healthy route with her Turkey Burgers and a Paprika Aioli accompanied by Insalate Caprese Kabobs, and a Sangrito. Bobby does a Lemon-Honey Mustard and Goat Cheese Burger with Grilled Steak Fries in a Citrus Aioli.

Bobby Flay's guest John Aspra puts a Mexican flair on Cedar Plank Salmon Tacos with a Sweet and Spicy Quesadilla on the side. Bobby gives his dish an Asian flair with Grilled Salmon Steak in a Hoisin Sauce.
