I love this indoor grill/air fryer! First thing I tried was the grill. I used frozen burgers and laid 4 inside on the grill plate. In less than 9 mins I had perfectly grilled burgers that were well done, but very juicy and tasted just like I had used the outside charcoal grill. I also tried the air fryer and used previously frozen potato wedges and used the guide that is provided in the usage materials and they cooked up nice and crispy on the outside and soft in the inside.
Cleaning isn't as big of deal as several have said. I feel it's easier than my previous air fryer and the fact that everything comes out and every crevice can be cleaned by hand and everything but the plastic base for the drip tray can be placed in the dishwasher if you don't want to hand wash.
The glass lid is a great feature making it easy to check on your food while it's cooking without having to open it up and allow heat to escape.
Cons: it is a large appliance so best to make sure you have the counter space for it. I recommend measuring your space. You will also need to allow for 4 inches in the back for proper operation and allow for heat to escape.
So, if you have the space and are in need for a larger air fryer this is the ideal item.

It's really smoke less when you grill. Great item, little smaller than what I envisioned. It would be awesome if it was a little bigger. Can only grill two steak at once. or I should say it would fit 2 1/2 at once. Cleaning is not bad, we use a little tooth brush to clean the grill. Overall, we really enjoy using it.

I was so excited to receive this product for both the air fryer AND the grill. A HUGE draw for me was "all parts dishwasher safe". I received the produce on a Monday and went right to the grocery store to buy food to grill & air fry. I used it on Tuesday (steak! It was delicious) put the grill tray and the drip tray, which was covered in grease, into the dishwasher. I don't use the heated dry feature on my dishwasher...the drip tray came out warped and I could not fit it back in! After back & forth with Gourmia customer service, they sent me a new drip tray, a week later, and told me not to put it in the dishwasher. I couldn't use the food I had purchased. Although the machine works well, I most likely would have NOT bought this if I knew I had to hand wash this drip tray.

Item advertised as smokeless but it will smoke out your whole house. No matter what you use it for air fry or the grill option it will be covered in smoke and your whole house will be filled with THICK smoke that takes hours for it to cleared out.

It is extremely hard to clean and a lot of pieces to clean that you can never fully have it truly clean from the grease.

I would HIGHLY recommend to STAY AWAY from this product. Had to return it after only 2 used since the smoke is unbearable

This item is a old model. It is a grill and air fryer but the new model is a combination grill, griddle and air fryer. It also has a temperature probe for the food. Costco sells this new product for $89.96 which is only a few dollars more than this Amazon item.

Other reviews said the cover handle
screws were loose. I found the same problem. I used some Threadlock and hope that helps.

Should return the product and get one from Costco but the box got torn opening it up. Word to the ….don’t let great grandkids open Amazon packages.

I bought this grill over 5 months ago, I used it twice. The first time I did a few burgers. It takes a while to heat up and then cleaning it a lot. The second time I grilled 12 burgers. The drip pan filled up so quickly and spill on the floor. The burgers came out dry ( I guess it is healthy without the grease ). The clean up of this grill is too much; very hard to get clean without hosing down to clean to grooves. Don’t think it worth it . At this time , the grill is outside drying( hopefully I didn’t ruined with water).
