How to use SOS/Flash light:
Mode 1: Normally off mode
Mode 2: Keep Light Mode, press once to switch as a long-time light mode
Mode 3: Flash Mode, under the Keep Light Mode, press once again to switch as the strobe mode
Mode 4: SOS Mode, in the flashing mode, long press for 3 seconds to switch as the SOS distress signal light mode

Not a great as you'd think. Good watch bad tool.
The watch is nice. Great for the price. The digital display is really dim so it's hard to read without turning on the light on it but fine.The thing that really brings this down is the band. The band in general is too large. The cord is wrapped around Velcro strips, which is smart, and makes it so you can adjust it. Problem is once you do it bunches up the cord so it's still SUPER bulky. Impractically bulky.The buckle is a terrible idea. It is too wide for functionality. Since the compass is attached to this the metal interferes with the magnetic field and makes it useless. The two tools inside it are wildly useless. One is supposed to be the sticker for the ferro rod but it's too small to get the leverage. On top of that if you like your bands tight the buckle will pinch you every time. Assuming that all the corners and edges arent sharp out of the box.

Bulky watch but will fit fine on the average man. Very pleased besides the thermometer doesn't seem to work but doubt I'll ever use it. Good luck setting it up using instruction manual, I would recommend looking up on YouTube.
