I've been using the weleda skin food original ultra-rich cream and decided to try this since it's a bigger bottle. It's not the same thing, this is thinner and easier to spread, but it gives almost identical results. We are currently havint 13% humidity and everyone is dry and itchy. I put this stuff on last night and I am still feeling soft and nicely moist this morning. So much better than regular lotion.

I got a sample of this product. One of the small, flat, 1-time use samples. It was wonderful. Very good on my skin, smelled very nice, no allergy reactions, and worked overnight on my dry hands and feet. I liked it a lot. So I found it in Amazon. To make sure I was getting the real product, I went to the Weleda store. I know I could have paid less by getting it somewhere else, but I wanted to make sure it was real. With my allergy issues and my extremely dry skin, I wanted the same product as the sample. I ordered and received a nice 5oz jar. Unfortunately, it smells really funny. Not like it's bad or anything, just not the same pleasant smell of the sample. I even kept the sample and compared the smells. There is definitely a difference. I am not having any allergy reactions, but it just is not a pleasant odor. I wish it was different. I really like the consistency and strength of this product. I'm afraid to try anything with a smell added due to my allergies. I would order this again, but that smell...I'm not going to end up ordering again. Unless I can find another sample of the same product with a different fragrance.

It’s a small jar, so I’m not sure it would last long if you are using on your body (as intended). I bought this for my hands and had planned to leave it on the bathroom sink, but it’s a little too emollient to wear throughout the day. I now keep it on my bedside table and apply to my hands and feet before bed and it’s so much more effective than the B&BW hand cream I was using before. My feet are softer than ever. Repurchasing!!
