These are very moisturizing and the colors are great. This one is lust red. I also have vintage lust and nude crumble. All of these are subtly different and I love them all. They are great to carry in a pocket and apply without a mirror. Easy peasy and pretty!Update* added another color…the last pic is Dirty Pink. I wouldn’t call this dirty pink per se. it’s a bright pink but just dark enough so it doesn’t look cheap. Overall I like it. I don’t usually wear pink lip stuff so it will take me a hot minute to get used to, but I think it looks pretty nice with my skin tone.

I love this lip color in Dirty Pink! Its subtle if you just apply once, but you can build a bit with it. It looks natural but with just the right hint of pop. I love to pop it in my purse and you can apply it anywhere with out needing a mirror or lip liner. It's great when commuting, on the beach, or to put on right when you spot someone and need to "refresh" a bit. The formula is smooth and moisturizing, without feeling sticky or too wet (more like a Chapstick consistency). I hope they never stop making this or this color!

This is a nice product--goes on easily, love that it's vegan. When first applied the product has a fairly robust reddish color, but it fades pretty quickly. It's holding up well in the tube and I think it will last a decent amount of time if I'm not reapplying every 15 minutes to maintain the pigment. I think it's a better overcoat to add moisture to a lipstick than it is a standalone lip color. The reason I'm still giving it 4 stars is because it has this miraculous quality of being easy to apply even though it has color; it doesn't require a lot of carefulness to stay within my lipline, which means I don't need a mirror and can just pull out of a bag and casually apply--can't do that with an actual lipstick. And it does feel nice on the lips. I was just hoping for longer-lasting pigmentation.

This is my fourth or fifth time purchasing this product from Melixir. I use it so often I actually managed to finish a tube of it, and there's quite a bit of product to go through. Fully extended, the lip butter itself is at least an inch long (I took out a ruler and checked). The color is good and buildable, depending if you want vibrancy or subtlety. The scent is very mildly fruity and there is almost no taste at all, only a hint of the fruit smell. Tastes like if a LaCroix was not angry but sleepy instead.
