The Kane clog provides excellent shock absorption and features a removable footbed which incorporates Dansko Natural Arch technology for additional support. You can easily wash them in the sink, the inserts are removable, they dry fast and they never stink even if worn barefoot. They do squeak when you walk though.The only complaint I have is that after a year of gentle wear my second pair are peeling around the sole. My last pair have been abused and this did not happen with them.

I LOVE the Kane shoe but why is the material peeling? This doesn't seem like typical Dansko quality that I'm used to. I have a black pair too and that too is peeling. That said, I've loved this shoe since I purchased them. They are very, very comfortable. In 2024 Dansko released a new clog called the "Kaci" but the foot bed is completely different and it's wide. I hope that Dansko comes up with a better version of the Kane!
