A second journey to comparing glossier: I ain’t no beauty guru
This is just an over all first impression.I watched a few YouTubers try out this brand and they said this concealer is comparable to to Glossier Stretch concealer. Yes, but also not quite.I think the Stretch is more dewy and wet. This one is more matte. Similar to their Glow Tint, this concealer is more on the matte side vs. the Stretch. I do like the Stretch concealer, it blends really well on the face without looking patchy. I have naturally dark circles and I don’t like to fully conceal them.I feel that this 3-1 concealer sits a little heavier than the Stretch for my taste. I have some fine lines and I probably just need to experiment more with this one.I use Glossier Stretch concealer in G11. Which matches the Glossier Skin Tint G11 really well.The undone 3-1 is in 430 buttercream medium lightWhich I have the matching Glow Tint in, but for me it’s actually lighter than the Tint. Which is frustrating, because i don’t like the look of “brightening up” the under eye on me. But you would think they would be similar in color. If you tried concealing blemishes it might look lighter and patchy.Overall, I think the Undone tint and 3 in 1 concealer probably pairs well with one another and I’m just gonna have to figure out the best way to apply it.But if you love the Glossier stretch concealer, it’s literally only 4 bucks more. For me, I think the glossier Stretch concealer is a little more forgiving than this one, when I’m concealing darker (healing) blemish “scars”/dry skin.Again, not a beauty guru and not all that great with a “proper” concealing technique. So if you’re already decent with that, you’ll probably have an easier time with it.
