Fabulous product!
As a person with Muscular Dystrophy and limited strength/range of motion, this item is a blessing! Immediate relief after applying lotion to my back. Yes, it does not rub it in as well as one's hand, but - hello- it is not a human hand. Apply the best you can, then put on an old t-shirt for an hour or so to absorb excess. Four months using I have not had any loosening of the pad, but I also don't press really hard when using it. To clean, I simply use back of fingernail to get every last drop of lotion out of the ridge, wipe off with damp cloth and leave out to air-dry for a few hours before putting in the bag. I LOVE this product in every single way!
