Keera is the new principal at Edmonds High School and Arden has worked as a history teacher and football coach there for 10 years.. His brother Declan is FBI and just told him drugs are being run through the high school, he gives him Max ( trained drug smelling) German shepherd to bring to School everyday. Keera office is broken into and three thugs pull a knife after school when she was running detention. Arden and Declan are worried for her safety. Ethan the vice principal who had worked at the school for 20 yrs is acting very suspicious. Keera is afraid her past is bringing all this trouble to this wonderful school, her brothers murder case was never solved. Her apartment gets broke into and everything is trashed .Arden had her stay at his house in the guest bedroom. They become close and try to fight their attraction to each other. They check out Ethan and things get scary. Arden has to help protect the woman he loves and get answers before she leaves the school to keep it safe. Her father who left her and her brother years ago to never return is involved. Ending leaves things unsolved , read on to get more answers. Great book!

I am really enjoying Melody Anne's latest series Undercover Billionaire with the story of Arden Forbes, handsome billionaire who works as a teacher at the local high school. Arden has been teaching for ten years teaching history to his students and coaching the local football team with a quietness to his life that he relishes. That is changing for him in that the school has hired a new principal, Keera Thompson, beautiful, intelligent, hot, and ignoring him. Not only is that complicating his life but his brother Declan, local FBI agent and also billionaire brings him a retired police dog. Declan wants him to take the dog to school every day as there is a drug problem and Max (the police dog) can sniff out where the drugs are at the school. This is a great story with a lot of suspense and intrigue happening as well as some very hot and intense times between Arden and Keera. Great series!

Great characters, suspenseful drama and fantastic romance. Story is about Aiden Forbes a history teacher and his attraction to the school's principal, Keera. This story also includes a very lovable canine, Max an ex-police dog who had been trained to find drugs but now was retired due to injury and his age. He was given to Aiden to help the local police find and stop drugs going through the school. Although there is intense mystery, danger and even murder, Mac's actions bring a lot of levity to the story and definitely saves the day.

The only thing that was disappointing was there was never an indication as to Angela and no one asked about her at the hospital, also there is a semi-cliffhanger. I don't like those, for these reasons I could not rate it higher. This series has not been as good as this author's previous series.

I love the fact that even though Arden is a billionaire he is just a regular guy. Come on how can you not love the fact that he is not only a school teacher but also the football couch. The Forbes men are something else with all being down to earth regular guys. I love this family I really do. There is a bit of mystery that surrounds Keera. She may be the principle but you just can feel that there is something going on. It doesn't take much for the sizzle to build between Arden and Keera once they are thrown into finding out what is going on within the school. I love how protective Arden is from the very beginning when it comes down to the threats on Keera. Be prepared for the secrets to come out and a few twists along the way. This is an amazing read. I have yet to come across a Melody Anne book that I can't put down. Seriously so good.

I loved this amazing book. It had a wonderful mixture of suspense, and action blended with romance. Keera is the principal, and she is left trying to find out why her school is being broken into, and if she is the target. Keera is wondering if her past is catching up to her. Arden who is a teacher at the school, is also a billionaire. He vows to protect Keera. Arden’s brother Declan works as a detective. Declan suspects that drugs are being brought into the school. He gives Arden a German Shepard. I fell in love with Max. He had such a personality. Arden really didn’t want the dog at first, but after awhile Max grew on him. Max was very protective of Keera, who often gave him treats. The end of the book was intense. This is one that is going on my list of favorites, to be read again in a year or two.

When Keera comes to town to become principal, she brings a load of baggage with her from her past!! This book captured my heart instantly because there is something I love about men whose primary nature is to protect and defend the people they care about. Keera is a school principal who has barely been in the town for a month before things start to go wrong.

Arden is a sports coach and his brother apprises him of a tip that something is not quite right in the school which also ends up being a sneaky ploy to get Arden to adopt a police dog called Max. I’m calling it now, Max is mine. His actions with Arden and how they are completely opposite to his actions with Keera made me laugh so many times. There is something very special about the bond between a human and an animal. A bond that is not to be taken for granted.

The school has a drug problem which in a sinister way links to Keera. This mystery is a plotline that goes through the entire story and whatever you think it may be, you’re probably off track. I was expecting one element of it but not the rest. The true reasoning about Keera being in the job and who brought her there and why they did are secrets you get to uncover.

The sexual tension and chemistry between Keera & Arden is off the charts, I want myself an Arden, or even any of the Forbes, I am not fussy. The family unit in the Forbes family is something I’m so envious of, this book has it all; tension, romance, drama, heartache and family. I genuinely would recommend to everyone. You don’t even have to have read the first book but I think you should because you’d miss out on another amazing story if you didn’t.

Habe bei 40 % aufgehört zu lesen,für mich kommen diese Geschichten einfach nicht in Gang und zwischen den Personen entwickeln sich überhaupt keine Geschichten, es handelt sich immer nur um eine Aneinanderreihung von Situationen. In meinen Augen hat die Autorin noch einiges zu lernen, wenn es ums Schreiben geht.
