Los gráficos no son de super última generación pero no hace falta porque los sustos y tensión es continua.
Si te gusta pasar miedo en un juego, estos 3 juegos son superaconsejables.

I can't comment on Outlast 2 since I haven't played that yet but I have played the other 2 games. You need nerves of steel to handle this game. I would be very, very surprised if someone hasn't paused the game for being scared.
I'm not really a big lover of gore horror, I find it cheap and tacky. Even though this game has that, it's the psychological horror that gets me and this game has it. For example being chased in a corridor, their's the option to look back and he's still chasing you. Hiding under beds and lockers hoping the crazy guy doesn't find you. Running out of batteries and panicking if you've got none left. And the main scary part for me is not knowing where the enemies are. You've lost them, where did they go? Then suddenly out of nowhere they show up and start chasing you again.
The original Outlast has some memorable bad guys
1. Chris Walker - Your constant stalker. He always seems to show up, just like the Nemesis from Resident Evil 3. He'll be a constant thorn in your side and you'll have a couple of altercations with him.
2. Richard Trager - Appears in 1 level but his short stay his memorable. He's responsible for the most gruesome cutscene in the game. He'll be holding these big knives whilst looking for you.
3. Father Martin - Not really a boss fight but he is a bad guy. Clearly messed up in the head, in a cult sort of way. Becomes clear early on he's the main antagonist
4. Walrider - Ghostly figure that roams the Asylum
The main game is not very long, it can be done in a couple of hours/days., however Whilstleblower is even shorter considering its a DLC. However the main enemy from Outlast Whistleblower was arguably one of the most sickest and disturbing video game characters of all time.
His name is Eddie Gluskin, anything involving him should remind you why the hell are you playing this game? Remember when I said Richard Trager was memorable for the most gruesome cutscene in the main game? Well triple that with Eddie Gluskin. For anyone that has played Outlast Whistleblower and saw "that" cutscene with Eddie, imagine if that was done in VR? You would probably need counselling.
Anyway I think Eddie Gluskin stole the show in the Whistleblower DLC in an otherwise short DLC. The Whistleblower DLC ties in with the main game so what you have is the main character from the main game and the main character from the DLC struggling at the same time but in different areas of the Asylum, I thought was pretty cool.
Once I've finished with my current game I'll be moving onto Outlast 2 so I'm excited but dreading it at the same time.
Just to clarify to anyone who is unsure about buying this game, if you're scared to play maybe pick the easiest difficulty (which is normal) this will give you a feel of the game. If you do complete it and feel confident maybe do a 2nd playthrough on a higher difficulty. Also remember it's 3 games in 1 so you're getting a bargain. Outlast on its own is worth the purchase.
I'll end it on this note that I had reservations of playing this game even though I bought it. I was worried I would hold it off and not play it. I'm glad I took the plunge because the Outlast series is brilliant. The gore can be a bit OTT but the Psychological Horror is amazing. The only regret I have is not having that feeling of what happens next since I've already completed the first 2 games. Still I've got Outlast 2 to play so I'll be looking forward to that.
