I broke a lot of dating rules...from not kissing on first date to not setting boundaries and paying attention to red flags...this book was inspiring and encouraging and I hope more women purchase it before they experience the heartache and break the act of ghosted can cause...I am still mending

I really want to get helped by this book, but the author seems to have quite a bit of mixed messages. In one of the chapters he ends by saying maybe you didn't show enough interest, and then starts the next chapter off by saying you probably showed too much interest. He also stated that men want highly passionate, caring, and sensitive women on one page, and a few later says that you were "too passionate, sensitive or caring. It scared him away." Why don't you write a book called, "Men have no idea what their own problem is"? It would at least be more akin to what I was thinking anyway.

He doesn't really blame the men for acting like immature jerks who ghosts somebody after a few weeks or even a few months, except in one little part in the introduction, and assumed every single woman wants to "snatch a husband". What about just common decency and respect? In some parts he talks about how something will work with the younger man but not an older man and then change his mind in two or three paragraphs later. He doesn't address the fact that some of these men really probably are just predators and it would be nice to be able to avoid them.

I thought the author gave women a peak of how men think and act in dating. Each page was full of valuable information that women can use to not take it personal when men leave dating or a relationship, (ghost) without communicating why. Both parties may make mistakes but the person ghosting is really showing their lack of maturity and inner strength. A good read

I bought this book, thankfully only wasted $12, to find out men are not honest, can't be adults in an actual relationship or don't know what they want. Well duh already knew that. Sadly I failed to gain any insight or knowledge just some ambiguous wording saying that men are wishy washy, don't pursue them or maybe you should, don't text them if they pull away but maybe send an encouraging text or two. Whatever. Fly by the seat of your pants. It's just as effective lol.
