I put 3 of these into a Grandia GD09, 2 push 1 pull along with the PSU pulling air out as well. All I can say is I'm thoroughly impressed! I run all 3 fans on 100% speed while keep the CPU fan silent (because it's the loudest in our HTPC)... you have to try to hear them and I'm talking the TV isn't even on yet. Once we're watching a show or movie you can't hear them at all. The hottest component in my new system is the NVMe drive, the A8-9600 APU idles at room temperature and hasn't even hit 40c during TV time. It's important to note that running the CPU fan 100% and the Arctic fans on low-med resulted in higher APU temps and much more noise. It's these fans keeping the chip running cool and quiet!
I really meant to keep one of the boxes because I noticed right away the CFM ratings were different. That's part of what sold me, it's either high airflow or low noise. You usually don't see both at this price, so when I seen they're rated at 74CFM while customers are talking about how quiet they are.. I was hooked. Although I tossed the boxes without thinking, I know for a fact that they stated these fans pushed somewhere in mid-50's. The RPM spec is accurate they spin at 1400 max. I believe the 74CFM rating is a mistake. Hopefully they get it changed after my report so that no one is misinformed.. and all parties can avoid frustrating returns/refunds.
I would absolutely recommend these!
Other thoughts: I have over 15 fans in my main gaming PC(Noctua, Cougar, CoolerMaster, XSPC) and I actually did a good bit of research on various fans. If you want the option for power and/or have a fan controller, the XSPC's are the most impressive fan I've seen. They came with my custom water cooling kit. Only available in 3 pin voltage controlled form, but offer an impressive nose:performance ratio.
It pushes air like a mad fan, but there's a high pitched buzzing sound (at first I thought it was a warning buzzer from my motherboard). Amazon was quick to refund the purchase and I'm currently waiting on the replacement to arrive. Will update review once I get the replacement.
Update: Replacement is perfect! Moves tons of air and doesn't make a peep!

Maybe I just have exceptionally low standards but these fans produce the mildest hum from 4ft away that would be drowned out by literally any external background noise, if you want industry-leading silent fans spend more than £3.50, the volume level is more than acceptable for £3.50 and heck I'd say you'd have to be spending upwards of £15-20 a fan from a company like BeQuiet to have any noticeable noise reduction, but if you are willing to spend 4-5x as much to have around 10-20% less noise I feel like you shouldn't be looking at these fans in the first place.
Works well. Does what it needs to, decent price, good and quiet. Would order again if I needed another one!
3 pines: GND, VCC y sensor.
4 pines: GND, VCC, sensor y control.
