Cannot say I am impressed by the packaging. Have ordered canned cat food numerous times and mostly there is only one or two cans bent. This time it was three. Once, there was a can actually cracked open, and the gravy inside leaked out. Bent cans make it more difficult to open, especially since I am over 70 years young.It is good food, and the cats love it, and I will be buying more. Maybe a little bubble wrap on the sides?

They sent it priority mail which was fine for some people. The box was taped up. The bad thing for me personally is it was really hard to open with both tape & glue. I have really bad arthritis. A few cans got smashed. But, I will order it again for my cats. I would recommend this flavor definitely.

I received my order of cat food yesterday. I ordered 24 can pack. The box was in horrible condition and look like I’ve been re-taped to continue shipping or something it was just awful and it also has stains on it. I opened the box and inside 16 of the 24 cans were badly damaged in some of them or even popped open and we’re leaking out. Talk about stink and filth and bugs. I spend a lot of money on cat food and I can’t afford to lose 16 cans out of 24. I want a refund and I am not able to find how to go about doing that. Every time I try to fill something out I get kicked back to the main page. I am not computer illiterate. I want a refund or I want a replacement.
