I'm not going to review the phone very much, as I don't know a lot about phones and opinions are so subjective (like, I don't get why anyone would ever want an iPhone, yet they do), but I love this S10. It is so much better than my previous GalaxyS8 as far as speed and (especially) battery life! I will touch on these points, though:
*this is the US Snapdragon version. You can tell by the model number.
*it's definitely unlocked. I popped my t-mobile sim in and was up and running in minutes.
*it doesn't come with all the garbage that phones from the store have, which is why I buy these unlocked versions for more $$$ than what my carrier offers them for on my account. It has a few things from Samsung, of course, and the Google stuff (playstore, YouTube, etc) but very little in the way of other junk. Also, I have been able to uninstall anything I don't use, which isn't true of the phones I've bought from the store in the past (ie I use Google messenger, and was able to uninstall the default messaging app so that I don't waste space with 2).
*the phone is compatible with all my wireless chargers, including the cheapo off-brand ones. It charges very quickly and my battery lasts all day, even though I spend hours writing Vine reviews (but I paid cash for this puppy🙂) and watching Bull Terrier videos.
*All the normal stuff you get with a phone is included. In English.
*Smartswitch worked flawlessly to transfer most of my old phone stuff to this one.
*the camera is awesome.
The earbuds are nice, but I prefer headphones. Still, they charge quickly, are fairly comfy and work well with the phone. You can just plop the case on the charging pad and they charge right up. The Amazon gift certificate was a great deal because I needed a new SD card for this anyway.
I'm super happy with the deal I got here, and I would highly recommend this phone to anyone who doesn't want one with all the preinstalled junk that carriers include.
Note: this is our 3rd buy from Amazon of an unlocked phone like this (US warranty), and we've never had ANY issues out of the ordinary with them. My husband had one issue, but the tmobile store dealt with it as they would any phone. They never blinked an eye about where the phone came from. Hope that helps if you're as nervous as I was about my first such purchase.🙂 Also, buy a good case. I don't understand people spending this much $$ on a phone and not protecting it. I didn't even take it out of the box until my case was on it. I've probably had 50+ phones, and I have never had a broken screen (knock wood).
