1/19/18 UPDATE - Customer service contacted me within a few hours of my email to them, apologizing for the problem with the case, and they immediately sent me a new one. Received my new case today. Talk about customer service! New case looks good, and I'm hoping the cracking issue does not reappear. This new case has a better feel compared to my first case. This new one feels more like the Apple OEM silicone case. Might be a slightly updated design. Time will tell, but I do thank TORRAS for the quick response to my problem. BTW, the description for the case on web page indicates that it has a lifetime warranty, but the CSR indicated there is a 180 day warranty on the case. Not sure which warranty is the correct one.
1/15/18 UPDATE - As some other reviewers have noted with their cases, the top corner of my case has developed a crack. There seems to be a manufacturing defect with the silicone. I've emailed the seller and I hope to have this issue resolved soon.

My iPhone X fits perfectly with this case. Well made and it provides solid protection to the phone. It's not one of those super slim cases that's available, but the quality and protection is worth the slightly extra heft. The case has a slightly raised edge on the front lip so that you can put your phone face down and not have it touch the surface. The case is also thick enough so that the camera lens does not touch the surface when the phone is placed on it's back. This case is very similar to the silicone case from Apple, just without the logo on the back. It's a little bit of a dust/lint magnet but a quick wipe-down with a damp towel cleans it up well. Very pleased with the case.

Fell apart quickly, but decent overall
To be totally honest, I didn’t hate this case. If it was built just slightly better I think it would have been phenomenal. I love the softness of the silicone (which also gives a good grip) and think it’s an overall attractive case. It doesn’t attract lint much and feels very nice to hold. I also appreciate the microfiber lining and can say I haven’t had any scratching on the back of my phone. Can also confirm it works perfectly with wireless charging. The only problem I had with it in the beginning is that it fits the phone’s camera a little funky, like the hole for the camera was cut just barely too high. It didn’t impede photo taking, but was something to think about. No big deal for a $15 case that was otherwise good. The bigger problem came when the silicone started to tear off from the outside of the case. Let me be clear, I haven’t been throwing my phone around violently, it just wasn’t made very sturdily. The plastic underneath is also very thin, so once the silicone started to pull away the actual case started to get rips as well (you should be able to see in the pictures I attached). It is ripped mostly at the bottom but has a lot of holes around the of the phone screen and one around the camera. If I really wanted to I could stick it out with the case and it wouldn’t be a huge issue, but it is annoying and I worry that the plastic will no longer be even remotely protective if it keeps tearing at this rate. Ultimately I’m ordering another case for slightly cheaper ($10) from anker that has good reviews and am hoping it works out well. I probably wouldn’t recommend this case to anyone, though it isn’t terrible at the end of the day.

I've purchased two of these so far, one for an iphone 7 in light blue, and this one in red for the X. Here's what I like about it:
1) Reasonable protection (for how I use the phone). Corners are well protected, there is a raised lip around the screen to help protect the glass, and although it's a soft case it has good structural rigidity. The outside is soft but the case itself is fairly rigid.
2) It feels good in the hands and stays clean well. The silicone feels nice, not slippery, but not too grippy. My last otterbox was too slippery, and the case before that had rubber and plastic where the rubber was too grippy and would attract all sorts of lint and dust. This one feels good to hold and doesn't attract dust.
3) great colors. I used to be a black phone case kind of guy, but if you want color the particular shade of red (I also have the light blue which I love).
4) I can use lightning port peripherals... I needed to use a Shure microphone that plugs into the lightning port, but didn't work with any of my old cases. This case leaves the bottom open but still protects the corners.
5) Doesn't interfere with the microphone and speakers... I think this is usually not a problem with cases, but I noticed with my last case (from Moshi) the microphone sound was affected with the case on. It wasn't muffled since there are holes for the mic and speakers, but there were strange overtones and echoes in audio when recording music. No problem with sound the speakers and mic are wide open.
