Easy-ish setup through the IOS app and the lock is very sturdy. The user experience leaves a bit to be desired because the app sends you one code via e-mail and one code via text message at the same time. You will be inclined to enter the code from the text message first but you will be wrong. You have to enter the e-mail code first and then after that it will ask you to enter the code from the text message. Then you have to enter the activation code. The app shows you an image of the box as it appears on the packaging and you will try to click on it several times before you realize that the app wants you to enter the activation code in the textbox above the image and not on the image itself. I bought this to go on a Lifetime shed in my back yard. My only complaint is that it is slightly too long and a little too thick to fit in the narrow holes for my shed. I can get it on with some maneuvering but I would prefer not to have to. Aside from that, looks and feels like a quality product and works as advertised. I have been using it for two days so far. I am giving it 5 stars because I am rating the lock itself and not the usability of the application
I couldn't find a way for my wife to have permanent access to the lock with her own account, so she ended up signing into my account on her phone. This works but is not ideal.
