Winegard Technologies Boost Signal Range
An integrated LTE filter and embedded 20dB ultra-low noise amplifier with Winegard's Clear Circuit Technology help provide optimized reception with an ultra-low 1 dB noise figure (typical) - delivering more range and reducing signal dropout and pixelation.
TwinAmp Technology separately amplifies the VHF and UHF signals, increasing signal handling capability up to 10x and reducing intermodulation to maintain the purest signal path possible.
Simple Setup
The Elite's Flex Mounting System provides angling options for optimal positioning in the attic or outside the home.
Position the antenna toward your nearest broadcast tower for optimal reception (Winegard's website provides a searchable listing of broadcast towers and channels), then connect cabling from the antenna to the inline power inverter and then to your TV (coaxial cable sold separately).

I have struggled for several weeks trying to get reception at my location. I have tried several indoor antennas, combining up to 3 antennas and a roof mounted byyagi with directional control and nothing worked. I finally planned down the money for this antenna and viola. I now have good reception on all the major networks and also most of the minor networks. From barely 20 stations to over 70 plus now. Installation and assembly was very easy. I used the Winegard tower locator app, pointed the antenna and after a channel scan I was all set. I only wish I had bought this antenna at the start but the price scared me off. Plus the antenna looks good unlike some other units that are not very astheticly pleasing. I can say it is worth the money. I'm sure some other similarly priced products may work as well but this antenna does the job. I highly recommend this product.
So one day I decided to call the Station Engineer at my local fox station whose Transmitter Tower is 54 miles west of me, As luck would have it the man lived 5 Miles south of me, He then informed me that the only Outdoor Antenna that he has found that will pick up all the stations in our area including VHF is the Winegard Flatwave "FL6550A" which advertises a 60+mile range, So I bought it and installed it, and to my amazement I was receiving 37 Clear Clean Channels including VHF, That was 5 years ago, Anyways to make a long story short, When I seen that Winegard had introduced the Winegard Elite I knew I had to have one to pull in even more stations, My plan was to use a splitter and point the Old Flatwave to the East so I could receive 4 stations in that direction.
So down came the old Flatwave and up Went the new Elite, I then stepped inside and did my Channel Scan and looked and seen that I only had 19 Stations and NO VHF Stations, Even though I had used my Compass to point the Elite in the correct direction for all the Broadcast Towers that set due West of me, I then when out side and made some fine adjustments and did a rescan and it was worst, I then decide to install my old Flatwave to see if I had a bad connection, I did and I was back up to 37 stations including the VHF ones.
I would like to add that the Fit and Finish on this so called Elite Antenna is a Joke, For the Price Winegard is charging for this you would think it would be more Sturdy, But when I opened up the box and seen that it was 95% Cheap Plastic I knew it wouldn't last 2 years in the Sun and High Winds here in Florida, In fact the screws they include are "Self Tapping" Corse Threads that cut into the Plastic when you screw them, so if you over tighten them just a little bit your toast because the Plastic hole will strip out.

I called Winequard customer support about the Mast and Tripod and they were great. The Key is to have clear unobstructed view and the mast and tripod helped with that. The Booster worked great a good bonus. Being in Canada the Sling features don't work yet so I cant Cut the cord yet.
There is no Comparison between the cable channels and the HD Air channels. The sound and video quality is the same. You cant tell them apart, especially for the that coming from the cn tower whcih is only 16 miles away.
Check out TVfool its free to see what is available in your area. I use Quad Shield RG6 Cabling from the antenna to the house and grounded input before going into the house. So I spend another 140$ after the Antenna purchase.
The Antenna @ 200$ is pricing but the db Booster is 70$ alone so it equals the valve out.
