Great bargain. This may be refurbished, but you can't tell. Worked right out of the box because of the added instructions for remote pairing packed with the remote. Very happy. Would recommend this without hesitation.
****UPDATE: It's been a month and so far the only problem has been I've had to re-pair the remote twice. Since then no recurrence. In fact, I just bought a second unit for my main home theater as the Roku Ultra I've been using has been giving me problems. Specifically, trouble playing 7.1 channel sound which had to be fixed with a software download (to Roku's credit) after I emailed them about the problem. Second, now it's dropping frames on bright scenes causing jerky motion. I have to pause and unpause to clear it up. I just want to watch my videos, not beta-test for them so I hooked up this "refurbished" Roku 4 and no problems what-so-ever. No fan sound, nothing. Just enjoyment. Oh yes, I found why this is "B Stock" as marked on the unit: There is a light 1.5 inch scratch on the "4" on top of the unit. It took me a few minutes to find it as it's not really noticeable. This is the best deal I have found.
